With the green development mode of advocating low-carbon,environmental protection,resource conservation and sustainable development in the world,saving energy and reducing consumption has become the primary goal in the process of industrial production.This paper focuses on the mathematical modeling of plate heat exchanger in heating system,and studies the related technology of operation optimization of plate heat exchanger by using fuzzy PID control.Firstly,the basic structure and working principle of plate heat exchanger are summarized,the calculation formula of heat exchange and heat transfer coefficient of plate heat exchanger are summarized,and the corresponding mathematical model of plate heat exchanger is established by using the theory of energy conservation.Secondly,the mathematical model of the plate heat exchanger is simulated with MATLAB software to verify the rationality and correctness of the mathematical model.According to the actual data and the contact mathematical model,the operation mode of the plate heat exchanger under variable working conditions is analyzed,and the data of two days with large outdoor temperature difference are taken for analysis to illustrate the operation mode of the plate heat exchanger under different outdoor temperatures.Then,the operation optimization technology of plate heat exchanger is studied.The advantages and disadvantages of traditional PID design and fuzzy control are analyzed in detail.The fuzzy PID controller combined with conventional PID and fuzzy control is applied to the design and production process of plate heat exchanger,and the fuzzy PID control is simulated with MATLAB program.Good results are obtained through simulation analysis and verification.Finally,the heat exchange control system provided by the school laboratory is used in the implementation of the heat exchange control system,which is realized by primary and secondary network pipes,automatic frequency converter,circulating pump,make-up pump,regulating valve,temperature sensor,pressure sensor,flow sensor,controller,PLC and host computer.The configuration process of S7-400 PLC and et200 m is summarized.The main functions of the control system are described in detail,such as parameter measurement and display,automatic start-up by incoming call,remote start/ stop and regulation function,alarm,remote regulation,communication and so on.This research mainly aims at the relevant research on the difficulty of establishing the mathematical model of the heat exchanger and the operation optimization technology.The fuzzy PID controller is applied to the control of the heat exchanger to achieve good control effect and meet the goal of the operation optimization of the heat exchanger.
