RV reducer has a series of advantages of small volume,light weight,large transmission ratio,compact structure,high transmission accuracy,widely used in industrial robots,aerospace,high-precision machine tools and other field.At present,China’s high precision RV reducer is mainly dependent on imports,which is a bottleneck problem that restricts the development of China’s robot;RV reducer industry development is not ideal,large but not strong,by the processing capacity,detecting technology and assembly technology and other limitations,it does not yet have the mass production capacity of ultra-high precision RV reducer.The selective assembly of RV reducer parts is also mainly using the simple selection of field experience without theoretical basis,it is difficult to assemble a high precision RV reducer.The purpose of this paper is to detect and analyze the machining errors of RV reducer core transmission parts under the existing machining capacity,detecting technology and assembly conditions,the optimization selection objective function based on genetic algorithm is established for the transmission dimension chain,and then genetic algorithm is applied to achieve reasonable parts selection.The main research contents are as follows:(1)The mathematical model of transmission error is established.According to the structure and transmission principle of RV reducer,the influence of core transmission component error on transmission precision of RV reducer is analyzed.(2)Parts size and parts error database are established.The CMM is used to measure the contour data of the core transmission parts,the curve fitting algorithm is used to fit the profile data,combined with the curve fitting results to evaluate the error of the RV reducer core transmission parts.(3)According to the structure and transmission principle of RV reducer,the structural characteristics and corresponding parameters of the planet carrier,crank shaft,cycloid wheel and needle tooth housing of the core transmission parts are analyzed.The mathematical model of transmission chain is established for the transmission part of "planet carrier-crank shaft-cycloid wheel",and the corresponding constraint conditions is determined,which is used as the objective function of the optimization solution of this part,and the genetic algorithm is used to solve the objective function to obtain the optimal combination sequence of parts,the mathematical model of transmission dimension chain of pin wheel and pin wheel housing are further established,the constraint conditions are taken as consistency of pin wheel size and the uniformity of transmission clearance to solve the corresponding selective assembly sequence of the pin wheel housing and the corresponding range of pin wheel parameters in order to achieve the RV reducer core transmission part of the optimization of the purpose of combination.(4)RV-80 E reducer are taken as the research object,the N sets of RV-80 E reducer core transmission parts are selected and matched,The performance of the whole machine is tested for N sets of RV reducer to verify the feasibility of this research method.By selecting and assembling the RV reducer core transmission parts,we can improve the assembly effect of RV reducer and ensure the assembly accuracy of RV reducer,which has important theoretical and practical significance for breaking the technical blockade of foreign countries to achieve the mass production of high-precision RV reducer.
