With the gradual deepening of curriculum reform in primary and secondary schools and the rise of Internet education,classroom teaching models have become increasingly abundant.As a teaching model that insists on student-centered and comprehensive student development as the ultimate goal,"Flipped Classroom" has gradually gained extensive attention,many scholars have carried out the application research of Flipped Classroom in elementary school,general middle school and higher education,and achieved certain results.However,there are still blanks in the related research of Flipped Classroom in the education and teaching activities of secondary vocational schools,and there are few researches in the course of "Electronic Technology Fundamentals and Skills".This research combines theoretical study and practical exploration to verify the positive role of Flipped Classroom in secondary vocational schools,and provides new ideas for teaching reform in secondary vocational schools.In the background research stage,this article first starts with theory,through literature research,conducts an in-depth analysis and summary of advanced teaching theories such as Mastering Learning,Constructivism,and Humanism,and studies the classic Chinese and foreign literature and the latest literature related to Flipped Classroom.In order to understand the development history and research status of Flipped Classroom.On the basis of theoretical study,investigating the current status of teaching in classes that major in electronics in Tianjin D secondary vocational school first grade.The findings indicate that students’ study habits need to be strengthened,students are not willing to study and they lack interaction with teachers,the heory and practice are not balancedand,etc.The investigation proved the feasibility of Flipped Classroom in secondary vocational schools.In the design and implementation stage,in view of the problems in the secondary vocational classroom,creatively proposed the principles of secondary vocational Flipped Classroom teaching design: the principle of student subjectivity,the principle of interest,the principle of teaching flexibility and the principle of overall development.The SPOC teaching mode of "MOOC" + "classroom dialogue" is designed,where "MOOC" refers to "MOOC College" and "classroom dialogue" refers to the dialogue and discussion after students study on the platform.And design a teaching plan of "Resistor Recognition and Detection".In the stage of effectiveness test,in order to verify that Flipped Classroom teaching model has a promoting effect in improving teaching quality,two classes of D secondary vocational school were selected to carry out a one-month comparative study experiment teaching,through some measurement methods include paper examination,skill operation test,and teacher-student interaction Records and questionnaire surveys,they show:(1)the Fipped Classrooms teaching mode can improve student relationship and interaction and create a good atmosphere of classroom teaching mode;(2)the Fipped Classrooms can enhance students ’interest and enthusiasm in Electrical Technology Basics and Skills;(3)the Fipped Classrooms teaching mode can improve academic performance and academic performance;(4)the Fipped Classrooms teaching mode can strengthen students’ self-efficacy,help students develop good learning habits,strengthen students’ cooperation consciousness and cooperation ability.Finally,the selection of flipped classroom implementation objects,the important conditions of flipped classroom implementation and the challenges faced by flipped classroom are summarized,and proforward to the subsequent in-depth practice of this study.
