Study On Urban Residents’ Place Attachment Based On Leisure Activities In Green Space

With the development of social economy and the increase of leisure time,the transformation of mass tourism to mass leisure has become an inevitable trend.As the major part of leisure activities,the research on the relationship between people and land is becoming increasingly important,so the research on the place attachment of recreation people has become a hot topic.Therefore,it is imperative to speed up the construction of urban green space and continuously improve the satisfaction of residents and tourists with the quality of their services.In order to explore the local level and satisfaction of urban green space,this paper selects four green spaces of Yunlong Lake,Pengzu Garden,Quanshan Forest Park and Huaihai Battle Martyrs Memorial Park,which are the most representative,high-profile and large-scale,as the research objects.Firstly,the initial model of “Green Space Leisure Participation Perception —Place Attachment” was constructed,which mainly included the three dimensions of green space leisure perception,place dependence and place identity,each of which is composed of four observation variables,and the “Green Space Satisfaction” variable was added into the original model to measure its mediating effect in the model Secondly,the data were collected by means of field interviews and questionnaires,and the basic demographic information analysis,descriptive statistical analysis,reliability analysis,validity analysis,single-factor variance analysis and path analysis of the structural equation model were analyzed using SPSS21.0 and AMOS24.0 software.Finally,the main results are:(1)Place Attachment under the perception of leisure participation in urban green space can be characterized by two dimensions of place dependence and place identity.Therefore,the managers of green space leisure space can improve residents’ place dependence and place identity by improving the perception of leisure participation.There are significant differences in the place attachment of the leisure space in the green space among the residents of different ages,education level,monthly average income,occupation,length of residence,mode of travel,travel time and leisure frequency,while there is no significant influence on the place emotion under the perception of leisure participation in green space.At the same time,residents who choose to travel by public transport or travel on foot have a higher level of place emotion.(2)Residents of different types of green space have different place attachment levels.The factors affecting the local attachment of residents in different types of green space are different.The residents’ place attachment in Yunlong lake was affected by age,education level,income,travel mode,distance time,recreation frequency and time,while the residents’ place attachment in Huaihai martyrs’ memorial park was affected by age,occupation,travel mode and recreation frequency.(3)In the study of satisfaction intermediary effect,green space satisfaction plays an intermediary role between the two dimensions of green space leisure participation perception and place attachment,that is,when the satisfaction of green space is improved,the corresponding residents’ place dependence and place identity level will also improve.However,the green space satisfaction variable does not have a significant positive impact on place identity,indicating that the overall quality of green space at this stage can’t be fully recognized by residents,there is still a certain amount of room for improvement.(4)The perception of leisure participation in green space has a significant positive impact on the place dependence and place identity of residents.Among them,The influence path coefficient of green space leisure participation perception on place dependence is 0.86,the influence path coefficient of green space leisure participation perception on place identity is 0.72,and the influence path coefficient of place dependence on place identity is 0.32,which indicates that in the two dimensions of sense of place,the influence of green space leisure participation perception on place dependence and place identity is significant,but the place dependence is significant.As an intermediary variable,the coefficient of influence on place identity is small,which shows that the leisure participation perception in green space plays a key role in the place identity of residents.
