| Reinforced concrete(RC)frame structure is widely used in China.Earthquake damage practice shows that the improper setting of filling wall is the decisive factor causing earthquake damage and collapse of RC frame structure.In view of the indispensable development of filling wall,the research and development of a wall material can not only realize the separation and enclosure function of traditional filling wall,but also have the characteristics of low elastic mold and high ductility,which is very necessary to improve the seismic capacity of RC frame structure.This paper presents a kind of grass brick,designs and develops a series of explorations for the actual requirements of replacing clay brick,and obtains some practical results.Main achievements of the paper are as follows:1.after repeated exploration,master a set of grass brick production process for filling the wall,including material selection,soaking,mixing,centrifugal stripping,molding,drying,etc.,the finished grass brick is four orders of magnitude lower than the clay brick elastic mold.Fully meet the requirements of the set mechanical indicators.2.in order to realize the fire prevention and anticorrosion of grass brick,through several formula selection,it is determined that adding phosphorus and nitrogen system halogen-free flame retardant and asphalt can meet the requirements of fire prevention and corrosion prevention.3.through with no filling wall and with traditional brick wall frame,verify the grass brick as filling wall has the ideal mechanical properties,traditional brick filling wall can make the frame column because of "internal force cohesion" and brittle damage "deformation saturation",and the mechanical properties and the frame of filling wall.Through a series of tests and theoretical analysis,the developed grass brick can replace the traditional clay brick in function,completely overcome the adverse effects of clay brick,at the same time,grass brick has better economy and environmental protection,has a good application prospect. |
