Yunnan’s GDP is rising steadily and its people’s income is rising significantly.They are increasingly willing to spend money to enjoy life and travel to enjoy beautiful scenery and broaden their horizon.Yunnan railway passenger services implementation strategy is now based on railway file "much starker choices-and graver consequencesin" development planning,in recent years,yunnan high-speed train lines built more and more close,the railway speed faster and faster,Dali,lijiang,xishuangbanna,black and other famous tourist attractions are in operation,high-speed motor car yunnan railway attractive to domestic and international visitors increased significantly,Make railway and road,aviation,water passenger transport competition intensifies;The establishment of China Railway Kunming Group Co.,Ltd.in 2017 is another milestone in the history of railway company system reform.The external and internal environment of passenger transport business has undergone great changes.In this paper,the basic theory of strategic management is used to guide the practice,and the careful analysis of the external and internal environment of China Railway Kunming Group Co.,Ltd.passenger transport business.It is found that the transport distance between 100 km and 900 km is cheaper than that of road and air transport.Transport distance is less than 100 km,railway and air transport is not as convenient and flexible as road transport,set up fewer passenger stations;The transportation distance is more than 900 km,and the price of railway transportation is higher than that of road transportation and air transportation.The optimal competition strategy is finally selected as the differentiation strategy.To implement the differentiation strategy of passenger transport business is to insist on running public welfare slow train;Improve the comprehensive quality of passenger service personnel,master multiple languages and ethnic songs and dances;Optimize railway entry and exit stations or transfer lines to achieve seamless connection between railway,highway and aviation;There will be three transport maps for the Spring Festival travel rush,summer travel rush,weekends,ethnic minority holidays,and working hours outside the city.Implement diversified management,revitalize railway VIP waiting hall,launch business service package;Give full play to the advantages of high-speed railway transportation,realize the rapid exit of yunhua and nongguo out of Yunnan,and bring tourists to drive economic development.
