The railway station is the most important part of the urban large-scale transport infrastructure,covering various types of transportation modes,with large daily average passenger flow,which puts forward stricter requirements for its business model and facility planning.KTLF is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Kunming Railway Bureau Group Corporation of China.Its main work is to carry out commercial development and operation of railway stations within the jurisdiction of Kunming Railway Bureau.With the gradual improvement of the development speed of Yunnan Railway,the business scope of the company is also expanding.How to solve the problem of competition conflict and achieve high quality development has become the main research topic of the commercial development of railway stations.Therefore,this paper takes the railway station business of KTLF Company as the research object,and carries out research from a strategic perspective,providing clear guidance for enterprises to achieve high quality development.This article takes the theory of enterprise strategic management as the foundation,conducts in-depth research on the development of KTLF Company,and develops a matching competitive strategy based on the actual situation of KTLF Company,providing theoretical support for the stable and efficient development of the company.Firstly,collect and sort out research results related to corporate competitive strategy.Secondly,use competitive strategy theory as the basis,analyze the macro environment of KTLF company through corresponding analytical methods,and use corresponding analytical models to conduct research on the competitive environment of KTLF company.Analyze the company’s strengths and weaknesses,and provide accurate basis for the formulation of the company’s competitive strategy.Thirdly,carry out SWOT analysis for KTLF company,and then establish a QSPM matrix to analyze the station business of KTLF company,and select the appropriate type of competitive strategy.Develop a competitive strategy for the company that matches its own situation.The research in this article can enable KTLF Company to formulate a competitive strategy in the railway station business sector that is more in line with its own current situation and development,thereby laying a solid foundation for the high-quality development of the enterprise.At the same time,it can also provide reference and reference for the development of other enterprises.
