In the 2021 government work report and the "14th Five-Year Plan" outline,issues related to "carbon peaking and carbon neutrality" have been repeatedly mentioned.As the main operating cost of airlines,fuel consumption basically accounts for 20%-30% or more of the cost.It has always been one of the important indicators that airlines and related fields have devoted themselves to researching,and it is the main point for airlines to save energy and reduce emissions.As an aircraft with independent intellectual property rights developed by China in accordance with international standards,the ARJ21 aircraft has been delivered to airlines to operate more than 66 aircraft by the end of March 2022.Facing the huge fleet of ARJ21 aircraft,it is imperative to study related fuel-saving work.First introduce the content,production methods and related fuel policies of computer flight plans.Three typical routes operated by ARJ21 aircraft were selected,and then the flight plan was made based on Jetplan software.The calculation of range fuel under four strategies of different weights,different alternates,different cruise speeds and different flight altitudes is given.The calculated results are analyzed,and the relationship between the influence of different strategies on the trip fuel is obtained.The parameters related to fuel consumption are selected from four aspects: flight trajectory,flight control,meteorological factors and other factors.First,the parameters with high correlation with the remaining fuel on landing are screened out by correlation analysis,and then the dimension of the filtered parameters is reduced by principal component analysis,and a multiple linear regression analysis model is established.Enter the principal component expression to obtain the quantitative relationship between the selected parameters and the remaining fuel on landing.The genetic algorithm was introduced to establish the GA-BP landing fuel remaining prediction model.Combined with the actual operation data of ARJ21 aircraft,the prediction results of the BP neural network prediction model and the GA-BP prediction model are compared.Analyze the prediction performance and accuracy of the two models.Through a simulation example,the results show that the average prediction accuracy of the GA-BP landing fuel prediction model is 97.6%,which is 2.7% higher than that of the BP neural network model.It provides algorithm support for the research on airline fuel-saving strategies.The research on fuel-saving strategies in different links provides a reference for airlines to formulate flight plans and flight operation guidelines,reduce the operating cost of ARJ21 aircraft,and improve operating efficiency.From five aspects: pre-flight precise planning,flight planning,weight reduction,auxiliary power unit and others,we will tap the fuel-saving potential of domestic civil aircraft.Provide a systematic fuel-saving strategy to enhance the competitiveness of domestic civil aircraft.
