With the continuous development of my country’s economy,the number of flights at major airports has increased rapidly.Based on the notice of control handover issued by the Civil Aviation Administration,the change of positions and personnel allocation have been one of the hot issues studied by the management of the airport AOC.Computer scheduling can improve the efficiency of scheduling.It is of great significance to improve the utilization rate of human resources.However,at present,China’s research on the scheduling of airport AOC personnel is temporarily involved in very little,and it is still in the exploratory research stage.This thesis combines the new requirements for airport AOC personnel scheduling and according to the scheduling characteristics,the problem of airport AOC personnel allocation is analyzed and researched,and an intelligent scheduling system for airport AOC personnel is constructed.This thesis first analyzes the changes and fluctuations of flight volume in different periods,sets the flight volume and time constraints,and uses the sinusoidal curve prediction model to predict the flight volume,so as to provide data support for personnel demand forecasting.Second,the influencing factors of personnel demand are analyzed,and a multivariate regression model is established and solved based on SPSS software.the personnel demand forecast is completed.Then,combined with the existing scheduling process of airport AOC,it is transformed into a static scheduling model,and based on dynamic condition restrictions,a dynamic scheduling mathematical model is constructed to improve the flexibility of scheduling.Then the model solution ideas are discussed,and the improved genetic algorithm is proposed to solve the multi-objective combination optimization problem.The initial solution is used to improve the genetic algorithm for the initial manual static scheduling,and the dynamic scheduling model established in this thesis uses the genetic algorithm of the genetic operator to improve the non-dominant sorting genetic algorithm for solving and optimization.Last,the results show that the dynamic scheduling model and the improved algorithm have certain feasibility,and the intelligent scheduling is better than the traditional manual static scheduling.The main modules of the airport AOC personnel scheduling system are designed and developed.The research content and results of this thesis provide auxiliary decision support for the utilization of human resources of airport AOC and improve the efficiency of scheduling.
