| The modern power grid is becoming more and more intelligent and strong. But the power grid has huge and complex structure, coupled with the external natural disaster,war or other factors so that the potential of system big power outages still exist. The priority of traditional black start power source is hydro-power, while the regions which are lack of water resources will be without suitable black start power source.Through the research of wind power and energy storage cogeneration system and black start based on it, achieving stable and reliable operation of the cogeneration system, and further study of black start based on the system will have a positive and practical significance. Because it can not only be conducive to ease the crisis of energy and environment, promote the development and application of clean energy and energy storage technology, but also improve the power grid against large area blackout and solve the problem in black start area without hydro-powers.This paper analyzed the development status of renewable energy such as wind energy and black start research course. The research mainly focus on co-operation of wind power and energy storage which consist of large-scale all vanadium redox flow batteries and black start capability based on it.Firstly, the paper studied the composition and operation principle of wind turbine, the principle and characteristics of all vanadium redox flow storage system. On this basis, using the PSCAD/EMTDC software built the mathematical model respectively and validated the reliability and stability of the established model by combining with the large power grid.Secondly, considering the intermittency and fluctuation of wind power, the co-operation simulation of wind power and energy storage system was done specifically for the following models: the co-operation simulation of wind power and energy storage connected grid when energy storage as power supply and load. According to the double master-slave control strategy, wind power and energy storage isolated small system was formed, the combined system isolated grid operation simulation was established as well.Finally, the simulation of black start based on wind power and energy storage system was built and the over-voltage calibration was done under different scenarios of light transmission line, combined with actual situation of Wo Niushi wind power and energy storage farms and Diao Bingshan thermal power plant in Liaoning province. The simulation results verify the stability of the combined system and feasibility of the black start power supply scheme. |
