| With the vigorous development of the construction industry,various auxiliary facilities also usher in great development.The support system is widely used in practical engineering construction,but the traditional scaffold is different from the support because of the use scene at the beginning of design.As a new type of support system,it has the advantages of high disassembly speed and strong bearing capacity.However,the support system has not been deeply studied,and its performance and bearing characteristics are still lack of exploration,which can not provide a theoretical basis for practical use,so it needs to be systematically studied.Taking the detachable bolt connection support system as the research object,this paper adopts the method of combining experimental research and finite element parameter research.In terms of the test,the bearing capacity of the jacking device on the top and the basic stress units of the overall support system are tested respectively.The factors affecting the bearing characteristics of the system,such as step distance,spacing and steel pipe thickness,are studied by finite element parameter analysis.The research content of this paper is:1.In order to obtain the bearing performance characteristics of the jacking device,the ultimate bearing capacity tests of the jacking device under two different extension heights are carried out,and the load displacement curve,load strain curve and deformation behavior of the jacking device are obtained.2.In order to obtain the bearing performance characteristics of the support system,the ultimate bearing capacity test of the basic bearing body of the support system is carried out,and the ultimate bearing capacity,deformation process,load displacement curve and load strain curve of the support system are obtained.3.Numerical simulation research is carried out by using the large-scale general finite element software ABAQUS,including eigenvalue analysis and nonlinear analysis,and the ultimate bearing capacity characteristics and failure characteristics of the support system are analyzed.The theoretical analysis results are compared with the experimental results to verify each other.4.Analyze the factors affecting the bearing capacity of jacking device and support system.Using the verified numerical simulation model,the parameters of the factors affecting the bearing characteristics,such as step distance,span,top extension height,material defects,initial bending and so on,are optimized.5.Broaden the application scope of the support system in combination with the actual project.The joint simulation of MATLAB and ANSYS is used to optimize the post cast back roof of a basement with Jaya algorithm.Search for the optimal placement location and specific layout quantity,and give the specific placement method.6.Summarize the research of support system and put forward the aspects that need further research. |
