| Compaction is the fundamental technical measure to improve the strength and stability of roadbed.Traditional compaction quality control is mainly based on point detection method,which has shortcomings such as lagging detection results,long time consuming and poor representativeness.Meanwhile,there is no unified and effective monitoring and management of key compaction information such as compaction speed,compaction track and number of compaction times that affect compaction quality.Therefore,in the process of compaction implementation,It is of great significance to build a system that can understand the key compaction information in real time.In this paper,in-depth research is carried out from intelligent compaction technology theory,system terminal hardware design,system software design and field testing,and the main work is as follows:(1)Based on the theoretical analysis of intelligent compaction technology,it is concluded that vibration roller is the most suitable installation carrier for intelligent compaction equipment.CMV is selected as the standard of compacting degree by exploring the evaluation method of compacting state.Finally,an intelligent monitoring system model is established according to the monitoring information and RTK positioning principle.(2)The overall scheme of the system terminal hardware was designed,which was divided into vibration acceleration acquisition module,temperature acquisition module,satellite positioning module,industrial tablet computer module and power module.The chip selection and circuit schematic design were completed respectively.(3)the overall design of system software is designed,and it is divided into information acquisition processing software,industrial computer upper machine software and online cloud platform software.This paper completes the design of the information,temperature information and location information,the design of the processing of the information and the location information,the design of the information of the next machine of the industrial computer,and the design of the information display and preservation of the online cloud platform software.(4)An error test is carried out on the designed terminal of the system.The position,elevation and temperature data collected by the system are compared and analyzed with the data detected by traditional methods in engineering.At the same time,the correlation between CMV value obtained by the system in this paper and compacted degree is verified on the subgrade of Shawu Expressway.After the field test and application show that under the condition of single drum vibratory roller work,with the sand filling method measured compaction relative error less than 2%,the location accuracy of centimeter level,system accurately display rolling times,compaction thickness,rolling track,CMV value and other information related to the degree of compaction,the roadbed compaction information accurate and effective monitoring is realized. |
