In today’s world economic environment,the automobile industry,like other major manufacturing industries,is facing enormous pressure and challenges.How to improve the core competitiveness,reduce the manufacturing cost and enhance the manufacturing value are the practical problems that all automobile groups and enterprises need to solve urgently in the development.After Germany proposed the "Industry4.0 Strategy" and the United States proposed the "National Strategy for Advanced Manufacturing",the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry has become the top priority of international attention.my country has also successively put forward the "Made in China 2025 Plan".The digital transformation of automobile manufacturing is an inevitable trend in history and a key factor determining the transformation and upgrading of the automobile industry in the future.Enterprises face both rare opportunities and severe challenges.Based on the theory of enterprise strategic management,technological innovation theory,enterprise competition strategy theory and the existing literature related to the digitization of the automobile industry as the theoretical basis of the entire strategic analysis,this paper uses the literature analysis method,the theory and practice combination analysis method,and the case analysis method.,taking DZ Automobile Company as the research object,it analyzes the background,status quo and strategic environment of DZ Company’s manufacturing digitalization strategy.The latest digital development strategy of DZ Company pays more attention to the digital strategy of customer marketing and new business as a whole,while the digitalization of the manufacturing field is less mentioned,and there is no relevant manufacturing digitalization strategic planning and path explanation.In the face of increasingly fierce competition within the industry and increasingly fierce competition in market segments,it is very urgent for DZ Auto Company to formulate a reasonable and correct digital manufacturing strategy and implement it quickly.Through the analysis of the external political and economic environment and internal hardware,software and other resources,the advantages and disadvantages of the company’s manufacturing digital strategy formulation are obtained.And carry out special research,through research to find out the difficulties and pain points that need to be solved urgently.Then research and formulate DZ company’s manufacturing digital strategy plan,including: digital strategic analysis and selection,manufacturing digital strategic goals and selection,strategy formulation and strategic implementation arrangements to provide strategic reference for the company’s manufacturing digital development in actual production and operation.It also discusses the resource guarantee for strategy implementation,including three categories: resource guarantee,structure optimization and system guarantee.The purpose of this paper is to formulate the corresponding functional strategy of the enterprise and improve the competitiveness of the enterprise.Only by formulating functional strategy implementation plan measures and strategy implementation guarantee measures suitable for the company’s actual situation,can we better support the realization of the company’s corporate strategy and better accomplish the goals in future business operations.The company’s manufacturing digital strategy is the supplement and development of the company’s digital strategy.As a very important functional strategy of the company,it is the optimization and deepening of the company’s overall digital strategy.This paper hopes that through the research and formulation of DZ’s manufacturing digital strategy,it can promote the transformation and reform of the company’s manufacturing field and support the company’s overall digital strategy.It can also sort out the experience that can be used for reference by other automobile manufacturing enterprises,so as to better guide and implement the strategic management of automobile manufacturing enterprises.
