| Under the development trend of energy saving and emission reduction in the world,the new energy vehicle industry has developed rapidly.A large number of pure electric vehicles have flooded into the market,and the drive motor has replaced the traditional engine.The overall noise of the vehicle has decreased,but it is facing new challenges for the NVH problem of automobiles.The interior of pure electric vehicles is relatively quiet when driving,and cannot provide the driver with audible feedback that reflects changes in the state of the vehicle.In order to solve this problem,by identifying the driving state of the vehicle,the engine acceleration sound is simulated in the car,which is used to provide driving feedback to the driver and at the same time enhance the sporty driving experience.This paper studies the design method of the engine sound simulation system for the sense of accelerated motion.Focusing on the two main bodies of sound design and sound simulation,the target characteristic sound source is designed through signal analysis and processing technology,and the vehicle operating conditions are identified by reading the vehicle CAN signal.Sound simulation,designed a system that can be used for the sound simulation of the movement in the car when the pure electric vehicle accelerates.Through the comparative analysis of the common sound design and synthesis methods of the sound simulation system,the paper proposes a design method of the sound simulation system to realize the "sporty feeling" of the acceleration sound in the car.The acceleration sound of the traditional fuel vehicle engine was obtained through the in-vehicle acceleration sound collection test in the vehicle semi-anechoic chamber,and the relationship between the engine sound order harmonic distribution and the motion auditory characteristics was analyzed according to the proposed sound target.Design the sound order adjustment scheme,track the order harmonics,and produce six groups of sound samples consisting of odd order,even order and half order.After subjective evaluation,it is found that the acceleration sound composed of pure odd-order noise has the most obvious motion sense.Therefore,this paper uses the acceleration sound of this characteristic as the input sound source of the sound simulation system.The accelerator pedal opening value is obtained by reading the CAN signal of the vehicle,so as to identify the acceleration condition of the vehicle.The CAN signal database that records the driving state of the vehicle is analyzed,and the frequency distribution of vehicle speed is analyzed from about 130,000 sets of data.The sound synthesis strategy was formulated to simulate the driving situation of the real vehicle,and the simulation debugging of the driving conditions such as low speed and acceleration was carried out,and the rationality of the sound synthesis strategy was verified.Select the hardware of the sound simulation system,write software programs,carry out joint debugging of software and hardware,and build a test platform for accelerated motion sound simulation system.By collecting the simulated and synthesized acceleration sound and comparing it with the input sound source of the original motion sense feature,the achievement of the goal of simulated sound motion sense is verified. |
