Research On Upgrading And Development Of Logistics Management Information System Of FA Company

With the rapid development of China’s automobile industry,the market competition situation is becoming increasingly fierce,and has changed from incremental market to stock market.The business pressure faced by enterprises is gradually increasing.Intelligent logistics is one of the themes of industry 4.0.Logistics integration based on information physical system is an important development direction,which has brought new opportunities for the development of logistics.FA company is a manufacturer of light,medium and heavy trucks under China First Automobile Group Corporation.With the increasing personalized needs of end users in the market,the increasing variety of products and the accelerating renewal,it is necessary to build a more efficient logistics management system.The main purpose of this paper is to improve the logistics mode of multi variety and small batch mixed flow production factory through the research of factory logistics management information system.Based on the agile development theory,the upgrading and development of FA company’s logistics management information system is studied,and the corresponding solutions are proposed.According to the just in time（JIT）theory,the research is carried out by using the methods of literature research and interview.It is proposed to point out the direction for the upgrading and development of FA company’s logistics management information system and put forward specific and feasible optimization schemes and guarantee measures.Firstly,based on the analysis of FA company’s information system planning and logistics management status,the influencing factors affecting the upgrading and development of logistics management information system are analyzed,mainly including business demand factors,management process factors,personnel quality factors,logistics cost factors and data baseline factors.Through the analysis of influencing factors,it can effectively avoid the misunderstanding in the process of project development and improve the success rate of information system online;Secondly,combined with the current situation of logistics management of FA company,the plan of information system upgrading and development is formulated.A logistics execution system（LES）with high availability,high scalability and replicability has been built to support the business needs of internal and external order management,warehouse management,distribution management,transportation management,appliance management,basic information management and so on;Finally,specific measures are put forward to overcome the obstacles in the implementation of FA company’s logistics management information system development plan from five aspects: organization management,implementation management,schedule management,quality assurance and risk control.The research of this paper is helpful to realize the upgrading of FA company’s logistics management information system and the intellectualization of logistics management.It can also provide reference for the logistics management of supply chain enterprises such as automobile manufacturing industry.
