The development of China’s domestic automotive manufacturing industryhave seen rapid since the nineteen nineties.Our country has already been the most productive and the biggest sales volume nation all over the world since 2009,which means China has already become a giant automotive country.Meanwhile,the automotive procurement supply chain took a significant change and the auto parts become more specialized because of the globalization wave and the merging and reorganization of automotive industry.The development strategy of automotive company has change from vertical integration strategy(the 3rd crucial parts,most of the 2rd parts and all of the 1st auto parts manufactured and consumed by itself)into horizontal integration strategy(all of auto parts is produced by its supplier and they only focus on assembling).As a core company,the automotive plant has become a coordination center on the logistic stream and information stream in whole supply chain,it can effectively coordinate the retailer and custom in the downstream as well as the supplier in the upstream.In this mode,the logistic efficiency will directly affect the operation cost of manufacturing company and become a crucial point whether they can gain or lose profit.There are several common problems exist in the logistic aspect of China’s automotive manufacturing industry,which was grown up in this stage:1.Cognition to the logistic concept still stay in low stage;2.Lack of integral designing for the infrastructure construction of automotive logistic industry;3.Few cognition to the third part logistic;4.Low level of logistic informatization.As a joint venture in China,although GQBT have an excellent procurement supply chain,but there are still lots of disadvantages for a core auto company in its logistic operation manage process,in this paper QGBT was selected as study object.As a Japan-series joint venture,GQBT have acquired commendable achievement in the primer lean manufacture phase for the foundation of basic logistic system on the help of its headquarter.Because of facing fierce competition in domestic automotive industry,and the cost to logistic is become more important,QGBT continue to optimize its logistic system.First of all,both inside and outside of the integrative management program of QGBT’s logistic process,information integration and sharing have been optimized;Then promote logistic management level by optimizing and completing the cyclic obtaining goods logistic mode,improving the container standards construction and improving loading and unloading efficiency.Lastly,management have been improved by optimizing logistic layout,combining delivery auto parts and optimizing transport frequency.The entire logistic of automotive company can be improved through logistic-oriented layout,standardized combined delivery container and lowered delivery parts.Through this paper,we preliminarily solved the LOSS of logistic problem in whole procurement supply chain of GQBT automotive company,improved both inside and outside logistic efficiency and strengthen QGBT’s core-competitiveness.
