In recent years,the demand for the automobile market has shown rapid growth,according to statistics,the number of cars in 2020 reached 281 million,which has been almost same level as the United States.However,among the rapid development of China’s automobile industry,the industrial pattern is undergoing unprecedented changes.In 2018 the automobile industry appeared negative growth for the first time,especially the sudden rise of new Energy of automobile brands in recent years,continue to be accepted by the market.It has brought unprecedented competitive pressure to the traditional automobile manufacturing industry,in this market background environment,the competition between the OEMs has been white-hot,at the same time the competition between auto parts companies is becoming more and more severe.At present,the development of China’s auto parts enterprises is different,the technology and management level is uneven,if the auto parts enterprises want to survive,they must pay efforts on the quality of products,service and cost,to improve the overall management level of enterprises.As statistics,the raw materials of automotive manufacturing parts account for about 70% of total sales,the control of raw material procurement costs is the key to the profitability of enterprises,and it is also an important link in enhancing the core competitiveness of the enterprise market.Factors such as the level of procurement costs,the quality of parts,the stability of the supply chain,and the agility of feedback directly affect the service quality and flexibility of enterprises.Procurement management as one of the most important contents in enterprise management,enterprises should combine the status and characteristics of their own procurement management,optimize the procurement management process.It has important implications to improve the level of supply chain management,to improve internal efficiency and feedback speed,to meet customer requirements,to obtain new projects,and to optimize the cost of acquired projects.This paper takes F Company’s procurement management as the research object,uses the relevant theories and methods of procurement management,automotive industry procurement management and process optimization,combines the current situation of F Company’s procurement management,sorts out the problems and causes of F Company’s current procurement management process,determines the goals and principles of F Company’s procurement management optimization,designs an optimization plan for F Company’s organizational structure adjustment,the improvement of procurement business processes and the upgrading of F Company’s procurement information system,and puts forward the safeguard measures for the implementation of procurement management optimization program.The effect before and after implementation is compared and analyzed.The research conclusions of this paper have practical guiding significance for the current stage of procurement management of the enterprise,and also have reference and reference value for the same type of auto parts enterprises.
