The current rapid growth of domestic automobile demand has brought huge developmentspace for the automobile industry,and at the same time has driven the development of the domestic automobile parts industry.In addition,the rise of many independent auto brands,the pressure of joint venture brands to reduce costs,and the improvement of domestic auto parts manufacturers’ technology have also provided favorable factors for the development of auto parts companies.However,the entire industry still suffers from serious homogeneous competition,low management level,high operating costs,uncoordinated supplier relationships,and insufficient innovation capabilities.Therefore,in order to survive the fierce competition,many parts and components companies continue to reform and improve their competitiveness.Based on the field survey results of Dalian S Auto Parts Co.,Ltd.,this article fully applied the theoretical knowledge of supply chain management,supplier management,procurement management,business process optimization,etc.,and found that the current Dalian S Auto Parts Co.,Ltd.mainly has the following problems: the company Ignore the strategic role of the supply chain department,the irrational organization structure of the supply chain department,the imperfect procurement process,the backward classification of suppliers,the unsound supplier evaluation indicators,and the lack of supplier relationship management.Through interviews with senior managers of the company’s supply chain and field surveys of employees in the same line,fully understand the company’s actual situation,follow the principles of overall supply chain cost optimization,operability,pertinence,simplicity and effectiveness,and combine the company’s current problems The improvement plan has been designed from three aspects of establishing strategic awareness,optimizing procurement process,and improving supplier management.By raising the supply chain department to the same height as sales and research and development,let it assume more responsibility to become a participant in product development,a controller of internal demand,and an integrator of external markets to play its strategic role;by setting up an emergency The procurement process makes the procurement work efficient and orderly in an emergency,and optimizes the original procurement process to make it more instructive for the procurement personnel,the division of responsibilities in the procurement process is clearer,and the use of procurement resources is more efficient and reasonable;by building Carajack The model is used to classify suppliers,and different management methods are adopted according todifferent types of suppliers;by improving supplier evaluation indicators,suppliers can make more reasonable choices;building a supplier incentive mechanism to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of suppliers,and establishing supplier visit plans to achieve Communicate in time,share information,and keep pace.At the same time,relevant guarantee measures are put forward based on the company’s current management status and possible difficulties to ensure the smooth implementation of the improvement plan,that is,the improvement plan is implemented into the employees’ daily work through system construction;Recognize;make the implementation of the improvement plan more transparent and efficient through information construction;stimulate the enthusiasm of employees through human resource management;also propose an organizational structure adjustment plan for the problem of the unreasonable organizational structure of the supply chain department.It is hoped that through this article’s detailed analysis of the supplier management issues of Dalian S Auto Parts Company and the design and implementation of the improvement plan,it will eventually improve the company’s management level and operational efficiency,and thus enhance product quality and brand competitiveness.At the same time,I hope that the improvement plan of this article can be used as a reference for other domestic auto parts manufacturers.
