In recent years,with the remarkable increase in China’s economic progress and urbanization rate,new dynamism was injected into the real estate sector,and progress was stepped up in the construction sector,but at the same time,it also has the problem of continuous rise of building energy consumption.With the national emphasis on building energy efficiency,the building insulation material industry has started to penetrate the China government market.After 40 years of development,the insulation industry had established itself as an integral part of the construction sector,performing an influential function in urban construction,energy saving and carbon saving.Nevertheless,The industry of thermal insulation materials in China began rather late,trailing behind the European and American advanced countries,the correlation theory studies delayed.This has led to the lack of strict supervision of the industry,unbalanced development and fierce competition.Most enterprises develop blindly.Therefore,it is urgent for all relevant enterprises to explore a scientific development strategy.Changchun Xinde Building Insulation Material Limited Company has been developing steadily since its establishment in 2008,and has achieved innumerable great achievements.Meanwhile,in the context of the State’s energy efficiency and emission control measures and the promulgation of the 14 th Five-Year Plan for the construction industry in Jilin Province,the next five years are full of opportunities and challenges for the company,the proposed solution will both contribute to the long-term growth of the corporation and serve as a model for the future of other insulation materials firms in the country.Firstly,in the process of analyzing the company’s strategic choice,identify the current issues and reasons of the organization,and then conduct an analysis of the organization’s external surroundings using PEST analysis so as to understand the impact of the external surroundings on the organization’s progress in an objective manner.The area’ s regulatory framework is then reviewed using Porter’s Five Forces model to identify the physical conditions of the market and the key elements involved.At last,taking into account the outcome of the foregoing study,the strengths and weaknesses,opportunities and threats confronting the firm are sorted out and summarised by means of the SWOT analysis model,a portfolio of strategies is carried out and reasonable suggestions are made for the development strategy of the firm.The conclusion is that Xinde should take advantage of the industry’s growth,leverage its strengths and avoid external challenges.Secondly,during the course of strategizing and executing the plan,according to the development characteristics of the thermal insulation material industry and the company,the finding is that the firm is expected to take full benefit of its individual social sources and production technology advantages to implement the ST diversified development strategy.A multipronged approach in hand to realize product diversification;Join the industry university research alliance to realize the diversification of cooperation methods;Create a unique service system and realize the diversification of business scope.Closely follow the development trend of the industry,dig deep into customer demand,add new products and services related to the original business,and avoid the risk of operating a single business field.At the same time,the cost leadership strategy is adopted at the business unit level.To further strengthen the competition of our company,we will reduce the operation expense of our enterprise in the three areas as follows: improving the original data statistics,improve information-based cost management by favouring the entire manufacturing chain.And realise strategic objectives through branding,improving the brand awareness,establishing a new after-sales service department,forming successful partnerships to enhance innovation capabilities.Finally,recommendations for enhancement are made in terms of building corporate culture,human resource management,financial management,inventory management and information construction,to ensure the successful implementation of the firm’s strategies for growth.Actively shape corporate culture and promote each other with strategic objectives;Enhance the manpower management skills of the firm to provide a basis for growth;Pay attention to financial management skills to prevent financial crisis;Enhance stock control capabilities and lower running expenses;Accelerate the rate of computerisation of the firm and contribute to the enhancement of corporate administration,and make the company’s strategy formulation and management more scientific and modern.
