In recent years,the building materials industry has been continuously reforming with the changing needs of the times.BNBM Group Building Materials Co.,Ltd.,as a listed company of the central enterprises,has developed into an internationally competitive construction group.However,at present,the market environment in which Beixin Group is located has also undergone major changes.In recent years,the market competition for building materials has become increasingly fierce.For Beixin Group,it is necessary to grasp market opportunities in a timely manner and transform and upgrade enterprises to expand the scale of business operations.In this study,we will take Beixin Green Residential Co.,Ltd.as the research object,and through a series of theoretical studies,we will find out the problems in the business process of the company,and propose suggestions for revision based on these issues,from the development strategy and organizational structure to the enterprise.Development provides a reference.This paper firstly studies the existing literature in the field of enterprise strategic management.Based on the current trend of state-owned enterprise reform and the actual development of the building materials industry,the development environment of Beixin Green Residential Company,a wholly-owned subsidiary of Beixin Building Materials,is deeply analyzed and excavated.The company's competitiveness in the business process,and fully combine the professional institutions to analyze the prospects of the building materials industry.The PEST theory will be used to conduct an in-depth study of the external environment currently facing the company.This paper analyzes the problems of the macro strategy of Beixin Green Residential Co.,Ltd.,such as the shortcomings of the company in terms of strategy type,strategy implementation model,strategic safeguard measures,and strategic evaluation mechanism,and analyzes the causes of these problems in detail.The three perspectives of selection and formulation,strategy implementation and implementation,strategic assessment and adjustment,combined with the actual development of Beixin Green Residential Company,analyzed the causes of the problem.Based on the analysis of the problem,this paper began a specific study on strategic improvement.Based on the SWOT analysis and PEST analysis,this paper uses the SPACE matrix to develop the company's aggressive strategy and break it down into short-term strategies and long-term strategies.For the evaluation of the strategy,we use Numet's four-factor method to propose a strategy for the strategic evaluation of Beixin Green Residential Company.At the same time,it also has strategic support strategies from five aspects: procurement management,innovation management,financial management,human resource management,and safety and environmental management.In summary,this paper draws the following conclusions: Under the background of the rapid development of the national economy,the continuous expansion of the residential industry and the continuous improvement of the level of urbanization,Beixin Green Residential Co.,Ltd.should combine the actual operation of the company itself to establish a new type of Building materials,supporting the national green building materials strategy,and the coordinated development of new industrialization of residential industrialization as a development idea,providing solutions for the difficulties and challenges facing the company.
