The explosion shock wave is one of the main sources of the power of weapon ammunition damage.The premise of the explosive shock wave destroying power evaluation is to obtain an accurate shock wave feature parameter.In the explosion shock wave damage test,the storage test system completes the current status of data processing after the impact wave pressure signal collection is low,and the data processing must be processed in the upper machine software.Focusing on the goal of improving the efficiency of shock wave damage power evaluation experiment,the following designs are carried out: firstly,on the basis of the traditional storage and test device,the shock wave signal processing function and characteristic parameter calculation module are integrated,so there is no need to recover the shock wave pressure data and process it in the host computer software,which simplifies the process of blast wave damage evaluation;Secondly,in order to further improve the simplicity and universality of the test system,the baseline balance circuit,multi-channel acquisition and multi trigger functions are designed to ensure that the system can meet the test requirements of different occasions;Finally,in wireless communication,because the rapid evaluation and test system does not need to transmit a large amount of data,Lora long-distance wireless technology is adopted,which can realize wireless control and monitoring and characteristic parameter reading at a distance of1 km.The field test of the test system is carried out,and the results of the shock wave characteristic parameter calculation module of the rapid evaluation test system are compared with the calculation results of Lab VIEW shock wave data processing software.The maximum relative error between the two is no more than 1.19%.The test results prove that the characteristic parameter calculation function of the rapid evaluation test system is accurate and reliable.Based on the characteristic parameters obtained by the rapid evaluation test system,the damage power of the explosion shock wave of the test ammunition at different distances is evaluated through the damage curve such as overpressure impulse.By integrating the function of shock wave data processing software into the test device,the rapid evaluation and test system of blast wave damage power improves the efficiency of shock wave damage power evaluation test and realizes the rapid evaluation of shock wave damage power. |
