With its advantages of small volume,convenience,flexibility and easy to learn,electric bicycles have become the preferred means of transportation for short-distance travel.However,the increase in the number of electric bicycles has also brought a large number of traffic accidents and theft cases,which has troubled traffic participants and increased the difficulty of management of relevant departments.In order to solve the problem of difficult supervision of electric bicycle,an information collection and reporting system of electric bicycle is designed.The real-time supervision of electric bicycle is realized by obtaining the position,battery state and driving state information and reporting it to the server.Firstly,the requirements are analyzed,the functions of the system are determined,and the design scheme is put forward.In terms of hardware,the circuit is divided into different modules according to the functions,and the devices are selected according to the functions of each module.Finally,the circuit schematic diagram and PCB are designed according to the characteristics of each device.In terms of software,in order to simplify the difficulty of concurrent design and improve the reliability of products,RT-thread,a real-time operating system,is equipped to receive,analyze,control and report data in a concurrent manner;The system memory is partitioned and bootloader is designed,which can complete the software upgrade without disassembly by reserving the interface or downloading the upgrade package from the server;In order to increase scalability,broadcast some data through Bluetooth and provide information interface for other software;The internal battery is added to make the system work normally without external power supply;In order to prevent information loss caused by the system entering the network blind area,a circular queue is used to save 200 frames of data in the network blind area and report them successively after leaving the blind area.After long-time and multi-scene tests,the system can work stably,realize the real-time acquisition and reporting of electric bicycle information,solve the problems of electric bicycle supervision and anti-theft,and can be widely used in production and life,providing convenience for the standardized management of electric bicycles.
