The main work of this design is as follows: through the overall demand analysis of charging pile and the specific visit survey of the charging market,the analysis of the need for function,it is clear that the infrastructure of charging pile control system consists of charging control and network data transmission,as well as data processing and service end management system,the specific work is as follows.Based on STM32 system hardware module circuit design: relay control module,wireless transmission module,power detection module,STM32 main circuit and human-computer interaction module.System function software design is mainly based on the hardware circuit of the charging measurement and acquisition module,network connection module and charging control module for drive writing,port free RTOS operating system and use Free RTOS to plan and manage charging tasks,create charging control tasks and charging piles for charging control,and design charging control data communication protocol according to charging function requirements.Charging pile equipment and service-side communication and the use of background management system for background management,electric bicycle charging pile through wireless transmission protocol access network server,through the network server hosting to achieve remote management of charging pile,and through the management system for remote monitoring and operation.In view of the function of charging pile control system,charging pile metering,query,control test,test results prove that the design of the charging pile control system to meet the needs of the system,and through wireless technology networking,realize the upload and sharing of charging data,and verify the feasibility of network management system control charging pile.
