| With the continuous progress of science and technology,as well as the attention of all countries to the development and application of the Internet of things,the application of the Internet of things has now involved all aspects of people’s lives.At present,most of the devices produced by traditional enterprises are not connected with the network.After the equipment is sold,users and manufacturers do not intersect.The information feedback is limited,and the later maintenance cost is high.With the increase of manpower cost and the aging of machine,it will inevitably lead to the increase of the operation cost of factories.However,the added value of many traditional enterprises is not high and the profit is low.This will only accelerate the demise of these enterprises,and the collapse tide will appear.The device management system based on Internet of things technology is designed in this paper,which data acquisition is carried out through LoRa node connecting PLC,instrument,frequency converter and other equipment.Multiple LoRa nodes are networked through 433 MHz free licensed frequency bands to upload information to industrial gateways,and solve difficult wiring problems in factories or agricultural fields.Considering the many types of industrial field equipment and high security requirements,a wireless communication protocol for industrial field is proposed in this paper.Considering that most wireless module products need to redevelopment,this paper proposes a wireless transparent transmission network based on LoRa modulation technology,which achieves transparent transmission of Modbus protocol data,plug and play and no need to redevelopment.The two-way communication mechanism between industrial gateway and LoRa node is adopted.At the same time,industrial gateway can also be used as a separate device to collect industrial data by using PLC and instruments connected to the site.The industrial gateway uploads information to the China Mobile OneNet cloud platform which provides equipment access services through GPRS.In order to facilitate the management of users and equipment,we built a lightweight private cloud platform which provides equipment monitoring,equipment management and data analysis services.Users can manage the devices visually through app and web pages,master the operating conditions of the equipment,carry out remote fault diagnosis and remote debugging.Finally,This device management system has been widely applied in the farmland irrigation control cabinet system of an automation company in Jiaxing,Zhejiang,and has increased the added value of its products which helping it achieve technological transformation.The trial results show that the system is stable and reliable,and the user is well received. |
