With the rapid development of electronic technology,electronic products are developing towards miniaturization,convenience and long life cycle.However,the application of these devices is facing the problem of long-term,stable,continuous and efficient energy supply.At present,most micro-sensors and portable electronic devices are powered by traditional lithium batteries,but they have some shortcomings,such as short service life and difficult replacement in special occasions.Therefore,the vibration energy recovery technology in natural environment has been widely studied and applied.Energy recovery technology can provide energy for low-power sensors,but most of the existing energy collectors are one-dimensional or coaxial two-dimensional,which have the problems of single energy recovery direction and low efficiency.Therefore,in this paper,based on the principle of elliptical gauge,a planar two-dimensional random vibration energy recovery device is developed with the application background of recovering the planar twodimensional random vibration energy in the natural environment.On this basis,theoretical analysis and experimental research on the power generation performance of the device are carried out.Firstly,this paper introduces the basic principle of ellipsoidal gauge and analyzes the leap from one-dimensional to two-dimensional;on this basis,the relevant theory of electromagnetic vibration energy harvesting is introduced and the mathematical model of planar two-dimensional random vibration energy recovery device is established,and based on the above basic theory of electromagnetic vibration energy harvesting,the development of planar two-dimensional random vibration energy recovery device is launched.According to its working principle and technical indexes,the overall plan of the planar two-dimensional random vibration energy recovery device is determined,and on this basis,the detailed structural design plan of fixed chassis,cross track,sliding bar slider and power generation unit module and other parts is given.So that it meets the technical requirements of compact structure,easy disassembly,light weight and small size;after processing,assembling and debugging,the prototype of this energy recovery device is completed and installed for After processing,assembling and debugging,the prototype of the energy recovery device was installed,laying the foundation for the subsequent experimental study of the energy recovery device.Secondly,in order to measure the power generation performance of the planar twodimensional random vibration energy recovery device developed in this paper,the dynamic power generation performance of an energy harvesting system with a sliding rod as the core of the energy recovery device was analysed;the motion-magnetism-electricity mapping model of the planar two-dimensional random vibration energy harvesting system is established according to the basic principle of ellipsoidal gauge and Faraday’s law of electromagnetic induction,and the factors affecting the power generation of the energy recovery device are investigated.The factors affecting the power generation of the energy recovery device are investigated;through the analysis of the influence of the slider speed and the gradient change of magnetic induction intensity on the energy harvesting,the selection of the magnet coil is guided to determine the best power generation performance of the energy recovery device.In addition,the effects of three random waveforms on the power generation performance of the energy recovery device and the effects of three random noises on the power generation performance of the energy recovery device are analyzed,and the motion of the planar two-dimensional random vibration energy recovery device is simulated and analyzed.Finally,in order to verify the rationality of the structural design of the planar two-dimensional random vibration energy recovery device and its energy recovery effect,a planar two-dimensional energy recovery device test platform consisting of two sets of slide modules was built in the laboratory environment,and the experiments on the influence of the mechanism of the energy recovery device on the power generation performance and the influence of three different waveforms and three kinds of random noise on the output voltage of the external excitation were completed.The relationship between the distance between two sliders,different loading masses,different waveforms,random noise and output voltage was investigated,and the influence of the mechanism parameters of the energy recovery device on the power generation performance was analyzed.The experimental results show that the maximum power generation capacity of the planar two-dimensional random vibration energy recovery device developed in this paper is around700-800 m V.
