Three shafts equal-thick elliptical screen is a developing high efficiency vibration equipment technology recently, it uses advanced equal-thick vibration principle and elliptical trace vibration technology, makes important contribution both on economic and social efficiency in screen machine, especially in metallurgy agglomeration industry. For further use three shafts equal-thick elliptical screen technology and expand its principle, correlative research was developed under taked 2TDS3690-LZX model equal-thick elliptical double deck screen as a paradigmatic machine.This dissertation principally analyzed the principle of the three shafts equal-thick elliptical screen technology and systems illuminated the design process of the paradigmatic machine. Firstly, according to project practical demand, general design was carried out by means of three-dimensional CAD and the simulation of structural movement of 2TDS3690-LZX model equal-thick elliptical double deck based on Autodesk Inventor software, added modern design conception into traditional design, expressed the design idea more intuitively and strengthened the communion of design and project practice. Secondly, calculation program was written based on Visual Basic software, reduced the trivial and complex calculation and improved the design efficiency. Thirdly, vibration test was carried out on paradigmatic machine, analyzed and dealt with the tested data by means of writing program based on Matlab software, proved the advance of three shafts equal-thick elliptical screen technology and feasibility of application.Finally, whether three shafts can realize self-synchronization or not was elementarily discussed, the vibration screen was simplized into a single-mass and double degree of freedom mechanics model, then carried out elementary research based on Lagrange equation and Hamilton principle, according to the self-synchronization criterion and the stability condition, we can get three shafts can reach self-synchronization in theory, but because of the complexity of realization condition and the limiting factor of research model , autor's ability,time and energy, we need further study to put the result into practice.
