With the development of decreasing power consumption and micro-equipment manufacturing technology,the working principle,structure design,processing technology and energy application of the vibration energy harvester have paid extensive attention and research,the development and research of the vibration energy harvester continuously improved and perfected.Aiming at the problems and development trend,a new type of electromagnetic vibration energy harvester system is proposed,the system consists of pedal vibration energy harvester device,energy interface circuit and application of intelligent security alarm system.The main research work is as follows:The correlation of three main parts of vibration energy harvester system is studied;also the theory of output power and energy conversion and storage circuit of vibration harvester structure.Based on the COMSOL Multiphysics software,different instantaneous flux density and output voltage of the magnetic field,also the different rotational speeds and peak output voltage of the rotor of the electromagnetic energy harvester are analyzed.Then designer a pedal rotating electromagnetic vibration energy harvester device and make an experimental prototype.An energy conversion and storage circuit is designed,and the circuit is simulated and analyzed by software,and the interface circuit PCB board is drawn for processing and welding.In order to meet the project requirement of the power supply that the harvester can realize the alarm function immediately,a GSM short message intelligent alarm circuit based on the smallest system of single chip computer is designed;The PCB double-layer circuit board is drawn by Altium Designer software to realize the practical application of the vibration energy harvester to the load.The experimental platform of pedal-type electromagnetic energy harvester system is built.Through experiments,it is found that the voltages to no-load is between 10.8V and 33.7V when the speed range of the harvester is from 600 r/m to 1500 r/m,and the power to the load resistance is 10? is between 30 mW and 210 mW.At the same time,it is verified that the vibration harvester can drive the buzzer controlled by single chip computer,which shows that the electromagnetic trap can work to drive small power components.Built an experimental platform for PCB board circuit of interface conversion and storage,through the oscilloscope shows that,the input 20.5V DC voltage can be reduced to 5.2V after the voltage reduction circuit,and the input 5.2V voltage can be stored to 4.2V after LTC4071 chip storage circuit.When the harvester is matched with the interface circuit and the intelligent alarm system,after the pedal is stimulated by the external force the designated short message alarm instructions can be received within 5 seconds.It is verified the design of the whole pedal vibration energy harvester system is reasonable and practical,and can meet the intelligent alarm requirements of the project based on the energy harvester device.
