Remote weapon station is a typical equipment integrating target detection,aiming and shooting.It generally consists of four parts: firepower system,sighting system,control system and power supply device.With the demand of weapon system in new war,remote weapon station is favored by all countries in the world.As a relatively independent and universal modular weapon system,the use of remote control weapon station improves the efficiency of precision attack on targets,and also protects the life safety of combatants exposed to achieve combat tasks.Compared with the research status of remote control weapon station abroad,there is still a certain gap in China.This paper will focus on the lightweight and high-precision design of remote control weapon station,and carry out the design and simulation of remote control weapon station based on 14.5mm machine gun.Firstly,the paper designs the overall scheme and key structure of the remote control weapon station.On the basis of the scheme design,the selection of the driving motor is completed.In order to improve the shooting accuracy of the remote control weapon station,a new gear clearance mechanism is designed and applied.The simulation results show that the application effect of the mechanism is obvious and the rotation accuracy of the system is greatly improved.To reduce recoil weapon system design applied in remote weapon station of spring buffers,and by using dynamic analysis software reset condition of machine guns and bore mouth disturbance situation has carried on the correlation analysis,the simulation results show that under the action of the buffer device,can effective reset machine gun in firing interval,and machine gun bore mouth disturbance is significantly reduced not to install the buffer device,Ensure the weapon shooting accuracy.By introducing modal analysis and transient dynamic analysis,the natural vibration characteristics of the remote weapon station system are understood,the resonance risk of the system is eliminated,and the strength of the dangerous surface is checked.On this basis,topology optimization of the remote weapon station system under multi-objective constraints is carried out to achieve the lightweight of the remote weapon station,and the optimized scheme model is obtained,and the optimization scheme is analyzed again to ensure the performance of the remote weapon station system.This paper provides reference for the overall scheme and key structure design of the remote control weapon station,and lays a certain foundation for the lightweight research of the remote control weapon station.
