The Remote Control Weapon Station(RCWS)is a highly intelligent system which adapts to the development trend of information technology.It can greatly reduce soldier casualties,and become an important direction of worldwide equipment development.In the traditional design process of the RCWS,the mechanical system and the control system are separated.The mechanical system adopts the mode of design,drawing and experiment.The control system simulation model has low accuracy and low efficiency.The process management method of electromechanical joint design of RCWS,the design method of RCWS based on knowledge engineering,the simulation method of electromechanical collaborative design and the method of electromechanical joint design based on process management are main research contents.The full text includes the following aspects:Based on knowledge engineering software named as Knowle Worker,the design method of the RCWS program is researched by analyzing the characteristics and design process of the RCWS system.The specific contents are: research on the functional module of the RCWS based on the function-method tree,case-based functional module reasoning technology based on the CBR technology,sorting out the information flow of the RCWS,and research on topological layout design method of RCWS.They lay the foundation for the scheme design part of the electromechanical joint design platform.Based on AHP analytic method,the evaluation method for the design scheme of RCWS is researched,various methods are tested to cope with different situations.The feasibility of evaluating strategies for multiple schemes,single schemes and early schemes was verified.Based on the ADAMS software,the dynamics modeling method of the RCWS is researched;based on the Simulink software,the control system modeling method of the RCWS is analyzed,the height and direction control of the RCWS system simulation model is established;using ADAMS and Simulink software co-simulation,the electromechanical collaborative modeling and simulation method of the RCWS is determined,and the electromechanical joint simulation of the team RCWS is carried out.The electromechanical joint design method of RCWS based on process management is researched.Based on the SYSWARE software platform,the electromechanical joint design software platform of the RCWS is built to implement electromechanical joint design from RCWS from scheme design to electromechanical joint simulation.
