Infrastructure construction such as power grid and railway is an important carrier supporting China’s economic development.Outdoor construction depends on a large number of manpower,and the construction environment is complex and variable,which is manifested by changes in physical parameters such as high and low temperature,impact vibration and abnormal sound,which is easy to cause safety accidents.In order to prevent and reduce the threat of construction environment to personal safety,a "human-environment" collaborative monitoring system was established to obtain real-time information of construction environment and personnel status,which has important practical significance for the good and rapid development of power grid,railway and other facilities.In view of the development needs of intelligent and informatization in power grid and railway industries,this paper proposes the design idea of self-powered "human-environment" collaborative sensing and monitoring system integrating self-powered energy,multiple sensing,wireless transmission and other modules,and focuses on the design of its hardware system.The specific work is as follows:(1)To meet the demand of "human-environment" monitoring during long voyage and the problem of efficient extraction of ubiquitous energy in the environment,self-powered energy collection,storage and management module based on solar energy is designed to meet the demand of self-powered system.(2)For the design of environmental sensor monitoring node and human characteristic information perception node,the design of main control module,sensor module and wireless communication module is carried out respectively to realize the real-time data collection,reading,judgment and data sending and receiving functions of environmental temperature,vibration,sound,human body temperature,heart rate and other information.(3)By independently building the sensor network-body area network networking protocol based on the hardware system,the information interaction between the human characteristic sensing node and the environmental monitoring node is realized,and various sensing information is displayed and predicted by the upper computer in real time.The system adopts wireless sensor network technology and collaborative networking technology to complete the collection,transmission and processing of the construction environment and construction personnel status information,which solves the previous problems such as independent work of the monitoring system without cooperation.The use of selfpowered technology prolongs the service life of working nodes and solves the problem of frequent battery replacement in traditional wireless sensor networks,thus saving a lot of manpower,material and financial resources.The proposed and realization of "humanenvironment" collaborative sensing and monitoring system has certain application value and practical significance to guarantee the construction environment of power grid and railway and the production safety of construction personnel.
