Research On Process Optimization Of Foreign Trade Export Of S Company

S company is one of small and medium-sized enterprises which is involved in foreign trade export field.Due to a wide variety of specifications and sizes with few quantities each order,the valves are arranged to manufacture according to each received order.Considering the customers’ requirement of quality and lead time,the company’s quality objectives requires that the one-time pass rate of the product is not less than 95%,and the in-time delivery rate is not less than 97%.At present,the company has some problems in both lack of product quality control and lower productivity.These phenomena reduce the pass rate of the products and extend the delivery cycle and seriously interfere with the company’s goals of quality.Reasonable and effective optimization of the foreign trade process can improve the product productivity,improve the level of product quality,decline the costs,and shorten the delivery cycles.Therefore,the process optimization of S company’s foreign trade export will help the company to improve the competitive advantage of the international market and to realize its quality objectives.This thesis identifies 3 key processes from the all of 15 processes of S company’s foreign trade export through the method of key success factors analysis.and the all of the 3 key processes play very important role in realize the company’s quality goals.The3 key processes: producing main parts,assembly products and export delivery.The methods of the Pareto and the fish bone analysis are used in this thesis to analyze and diagnose the 3 key processes and find out their real reasons of problems in 3 key processes.The ASME analysis method is also used in this article for the value assessment of each sub-process in each these 3 key processes and for the time dependent analysis of each these 3 key processes.Based on these conclusions,this article also uses the ECRS analysis method for analysis and optimization: cancel,combine,rearrangement,or simplified of each sub-process in 3 key processes and propose Optimized solutions and optimization effect.Finally,this thesis proposes specific safeguards from five aspects of management system,hardware facilities,information systems,personnel training and process supervision.The solutions of this optimization can effectively solve the problems that have emerged in foreign trade export processes of S company.They will ensure the company’s quality goals in the product pass rates and in-time delivery rates and will enhance the company’s competitiveness in the international market.At the same time,this research methods and results can also provide reference and support for small and medium-sized export enterprises in the valve industry.
