Research On Operating Capital Management Of Small And Medium-Sized Technology-Based Enterprises

Science and technology-based small and medium-sized enterprises have high technology content and strong innovation ability.They are innovation subjects with great vitality and potential,and are the main group of innovation driven in China.Their healthy and stable development is the key to realizing "innovation driven" in China.The change of market environment provides the institutional guarantee of capital market for the development of scientific and technological small and medium-sized enterprises.However,on the whole,the development of science and technology-based small and medium-sized enterprises still faces many restrictions.For example,there are still few legislation to regulate and support the development of small and medium-sized enterprises,administrative procedures need to be more clear and standardized,financing is difficult and expensive,and production costs are rising.Therefore,it is extremely necessary to systematically study how to strengthen the fund management,especially the management of working capital,of science and technology-based small and medium-sized enterprises.How to strengthen the management of working capital,ensure its financial stability,make the enterprise stable "bigger" and "stronger",and compete with domestic and international high-tech companies is one of the core capabilities of scientific and technological small and medium-sized enterprises.This paper focuses on the working capital management of technology-based small and medium-sized enterprises.First of all,it summarizes the background of this study,summarizes the relevant research literature,and puts forward the research ideas and methods of this paper;Then it systematically summarizes the relevant concepts and theoretical basis of working capital management;Then,the case enterprise Z company is introduced to carry out a preliminary study,and its financial status and investment and financing management status are analyzed;Then,aiming at the problems existing in the risk management of working capital management of Z company,the evaluation system of working capital management risk management of scientific and technological small and medium-sized enterprises is established;On this basis,the evaluation system is applied to evaluate the current situation of risk management of Z company’s working capital management,and combined with the investigation,targeted optimization strategies are provided.This paper studies the problem of working capital management of scientific and technological small and medium-sized enterprises,and applies the analytic hierarchy process for evaluation,which has a certain degree of universal application.At the same time,it also forms some targeted policy suggestions for the case study of Z company,and also has a certain significance of borrowing for the management of working capital of general small and medium-sized enterprises.
