Research On The Improvement Of R＆D Management In YX Company

With the development of the scientific continuous progress and market competition,Chinese manufacturing have been constantly enhancing their market competition capability of new product research and development,so as to meet the demands of customers and the market with faster product renewal rate and maintain industry competitiveness and market share.Product R ＆ D ability has become the core of the company in the industry competition,and product R ＆ D management in the enterprise management is increasingly important,has become an important part of enterprise management.With the expansion of Chinese infrastructure investment,the equipment manufacturing industry is booming again.Domestic construction machinery products began to recover after several years of downturn.YX company is actively exploring domestic and foreign markets by spreading out the industry,perfecting technology reserves.Taking the status of YX company’s R ＆ D management as an example and based on the theoretical knowledge and research results related to product R ＆ D management,this paper takes YX Company’s new product R ＆ D management project of construction machinery as a model to carry out research.First of all,from the domestic current situation of the equipment manufacturing industry and the market environment analysis,in the form of questionnaire,a research firm R ＆ D engineers and R ＆ D personnel,collect information of company management,and on the company’s research and development management present situation and the problems existing in the research and development system is analyzed,it is concluded that the company on the problems existing in the research and development management,so as to clear the company research and development management’s priorities and direction for improvement.Based on TRIZ theory,a conflict resolution matrix for R ＆ D management is constructed,and a solution is formed based on the principle of invention.Finally,according to the solution,combined with the company’s actual R ＆ D management status and IPD integrated development theory,from the perspective of organizational structure,R ＆ D process,demand management and platform management and other aspects of enterprise R ＆ D management improvement suggestions,and try to give implementation methods.
