In recent years,there are more and more vehicle recalls in the automobile industry due to the quality problems of product parts.This poses a huge challenge to the healthy development of the automobile industry.For example,taking the ABS emergency braking system as an example,as the last line of defense to avoid traffic accidents,the presence of ABS can make the vehicle stop within a short braking distance,effectively reducing or avoiding accidents.Therefore,improving the quality of products,especially parts,is the primary task of the automobile industry and even the whole manufacturing industry.8D problem-solving method originated from the automobile manufacturing industry,which is a method to deal with and solve problems.It is often used by quality engineers or other professionals to solve quality problems,but at present,the traditional 8D method often has defects in the use of problem cause analysis.Therefore,this paper optimizes the traditional 8D analysis process by introducing relevant thoughts and principles of TRIZ theory,so that it can help analysts quickly determine the true cause of the problem,and then find a solution.Firstly,this paper reviews the relevant research literature at home and abroad in recent years.Based on the application of 8D in supplier quality management of automobile industry,it explores the problems of traditional 8D methods in solving product nonconformity.Secondly,the advantages and disadvantages of 8D and TRIZ theory are analyzed systematically.On this basis,the feasibility of 8D and TRIZ theory to solve the problem according to the systematic process is obtained.Both of them solve the problem by systematically identifying the process used by the organization and the interaction between the processes,and the advantages and disadvantages of both are complementary,which verifies that 8D can be optimized by using TRIZ theory.Further,the 8D is optimized from three aspects: firstly,the identification needs are increased,the idealization objectives and the effectiveness evaluation of quality improvement are established;secondly,the real cause part of D4 is standardized;the possible causes are listed from five aspects of human machine material method environment;the severity s and occurrence o,the detection D index value and weight are measured by the improved triangular fuzzy function distance formula;and the FMEA index value and weight are used Method to sort the importance of the causes and determine the root cause.The D5 part of the proposed permanent countermeasure is combined with TRIZ tools to find solutions to problems.Finally,the optimized 8D is applied to company B to analyze the problems of parts and components provided by Company L,the supplier of the company,and the optimized 8D is used to improve,find the real cause,formulate improvement measures,and generate corresponding economic and social benefits.Based on TRIZ theory,this paper optimizes the traditional 8D,which can help enterprises to find out the unqualified parts quickly,and analyze the real cause of the unqualified parts,and find the solution systematically.The results of application cases show that it can effectively improve product quality,enhance enterprise efficiency,enhance customer satisfaction,and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.There are twenty-one figures,thirty-three tables and eighty-eight references in this paper.
