With the popularization and development of the concept of architectural heritage conservation,the research on the protection and reuse of historic buildings in China is becoming more and more thorough and mature.Meanwhile,the effect of the reuse of historic buildings has also received more and more attention,and gradually become the focus of research.After selecting and historic buildings reuse impact factor,this paper could be divided into different level factors,building become historic buildings reuse around Chaohu Lake area influence factor system,then using the principal component analysis algorithm to influence around Chaohu Lake area of historic buildings reuse factor weight level classification,evaluation factors and characteristics of performance,Then the optimization strategy for the reuse of historical buildings in this area is put forward.First of all,from already a mature about research results and case reference for building reuse inductive related factors affecting building reuse,determine the scope and direction of factor selection,coupled with around Chaohu Lake regional characteristics of the historic buildings targeted screening on the influencing factors and carries on the assignment,the purpose of the assignment is to provide data for subsequent levels of index weights calculation basis.After screening out the influencing factors,some of them are difficult to assign values directly.Therefore,it is necessary to transform such factors into quantifiable factors by means of relevant theories,and then assign different scores to them through different levels of division.Then,the building sample information obtained by field research is substituted into SPSS software for relevant calculation,and the algorithm of principal component analysis is used to get the order of factor weight.Finally,the performance of the influential factors is analyzed,so as to propose a targeted optimization strategy.After calculation,the impact factors are divided according to the grade difference order of weight from high to low,and each level contains different impact factors.Based on these differences,this paper finally puts forward optimization strategies for the reuse of historical buildings in Chaohu Lake area from the aspects of road traffic,supporting facilities,landscape design and building ontology.Among them,the road traffic optimization strategy mainly from improving the convenience of public transport and improve parking conditions and other aspects to consider;The supporting facilities are mainly optimized from two aspects of improving service and supporting facilities,and improving rest and guiding facilities.In terms of landscape environment,it is mainly divided into landscape and afforestation.The optimization strategy of improving environmental atmosphere and coordination is mainly based on creating distinctive landscape nodes and adding landscape pieces.Building ontology can be optimized in two aspects: cultural spirit and material function.The former mainly considers the inheritance of the site culture and spirit carried by the former,while the latter mainly aims at the transformation and improvement of the function and space of the building.
