Study On The Characteristics Of Traditional Architectures Around Chaohu Lake

Now,exploring regional culture deeply is the most important task with vigorous advocacy of cultural confidence.As one of the carriers of regional culture,traditional architecture is of great significance to cultural development.In2015,Chaohu Area is planned to be the first national leisure tourism area in China,and the key point in the planning is to build a cultural tourism economic circle with Jianghuai characteristics.Therefore,we need to clarify the traditional building resources in Chaohu Area.Located in the central part of China,Chaohu area ccupies a special geographical location.Historically,Chaohu is a unique and complex cultural system which has been a lot of wars around,the cultural integration in Chaohu is fromed by the exchanges and contacts between south and north of China.Taking the traditional architecture around Chaohu as the research object,this paper collates relevant historical documents,monographs and papers about this area by adopting the methods of literature collection,field investigation and comparative analysis,summarizes the general situation of topography,climate characteristics,historical evolution and humanistic environment in this area,and concludes relevant progress of the research on traditional architecture in this area;In this paper,the important traditional architectures around Chaohu area is surveyed and mapped,the basic information and images of traditional architectures are recorded,and the distribution and classification of traditional architectures around Chaohu area are combed,The general characteristics of traditional architectures around Chaohu area are summarized from the aspects of architectural layout,architectural form,architectural practice and so on,In addition,the regional characteristics of traditional architectures around Chaohu area are analyzed in this paper,through the horizontal comparison with the architecture of Huizhou in south of China and the architecture of the Central Plains in north of China.With the influence of special natural environment and humanistic environment,the traditional architectures around Chaohu embodies the compatible and inclusive character of Jianghuai(Yangtze-Huaihe region)buildings under the influence of immigrant culture,which not only conforms to the practice of highlighting the axis of the architecture of Central Plains,but also inherits the requirements of emphasizing etiquette,law and order of the architecture of Huizhou.At the end of the Qing Dynasty,Li Hongzhang(a Chinese politician,diplomat and military general in the late Qing Dynasty)recruited an army in Hefei and its surrounding areas,known as ‘Huaijun(Huai Army)’.Huaijun culture has influenced around Chaohu area profoundly.The residential buildings around Chaohu area is influenced with the idea of chinese martial arts a certain influence on the residential architecture around Chaohu area,and manifests in the emergence of architectural space with defensive characteristics.The main work of the research is as follows:(1)An in-depth and systematic comprehension of the background,characteristics and influencing factors of the traditional architecture around Chaohu area.(2)Providing basic literature support for the interpretation,protection and in-depth research of the local traditional architecture of Chaohu area.Figure 68 table 13 reference 43...
