The precision gear transmission test-bed is the key equipment for performance testing of precision reducers.Through the analysis of test results,we can provide recommendations for improvement of designing and manufacturing of precision reducer,helping technology updates and progress of the product.As part of the test platform,the data acquisition system is responsible for the collection,transmission and processing of the platform test data.The performance of the digital acquisition system directly affects the test performance of the entire test platform.This topic mainly focuses on the test platform data acquisition system and independently design a precision gear transmission test-bed data acquisition system.Firstly,this paper gives a brief overview of the precision gear transmission and test methods,summarizes the development status of the data acquisition system,and proposes a data acquisition system for precision gear transmission test-bed based on optical fiber transmission in accordance with the actual needs of the project.A high-performance FPGA(field programmable gate array)is used as the master chip of the data acquisition card and uses its advantages of parallelism and rich support for multi-level I/O interfaces to achieve synchronous data acquisition of four digital signals.And subdivision processing,using the parallel interface of the eight-channel analog-to-digital conversion chip to collect and reserve common I/O interfaces to facilitate the expansion of the system,while using its abundant IP resources to reduce the development difficulty of the optical fiber transmission protocol and enhance reliability.Optical fiber is used as the main transmission path of data transmission and solves the problem that the data is susceptible to electromagnetic interference and transmission efficiency is low in the transmission line.Use USB interface near the PC to make full use of the rich USB interface resources of the computer.Lab VIEW is used to develop software for the upper computer interface and realize the simple control of the data acquisition of the lower computer and the data reception.It is difficult to integrate the data acquisition system into the upper computer system of the precision gear testing platform.The project completed the hardware and software debugging of the data acquisition system.It can realize the synchronous data acquisition of the eight analog signals and the synchronous acquisition of the four-channel photoelectric encoder signals,verifying the requirements of system synchronization and data transmission reliability.The experimental results show that the data acquisition system achieves synchronous acquisition of multi-channel signals and has stable performance and can be used as an alternative to existing foreign products.
