| Optical decoy plays an important role in modern military operations,and plays an important role in winning the war.All countries are studying and developing optical decoy technology and equipment.The traditional optical bait has complex structure,high loading requirements and narrow receiving surface,so it is of great significance to develop optical bait with high surface reflectivity,simple structure and easy processing.In view of the application requirements of optical bait,this paper carried out the research work on the structure design,optical simulation and preparation process of optical bait.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Using TracePro optical simulation software,the reflection characteristics of glass microspheres,truncated corner cones and cubic corner cones were studied,and the optimal microstructures with high reflectivity of optical decoys were obtained through simulation results.The influence of different cell size on reflectivity of optical decoy microstructure was studied and the optimal cell size of optical decoy microstructure was obtained.The effect of deflection of incident Angle on reflectance is studied and the variation rule between incident Angle and reflectance is analyzed.(2)The process of graphic transfer from optical decoy hard mold microstructure to PDMS adhesive was studied by embossing method.The influence of adhesive ratio,soft template thickness,defoaming method and curing temperature on the results of embossing was studied.The optimal process parameters of graphic transfer and reproduction were obtained,and the PDMS microstructure test was completed.The error between the result and the die is less than 10%.(3)In order to improve the reflectivity of optical bait surface,the preparation process of high reflection film on optical bait surface was studied,the film material and preparation method with excellent performance were selected,and the optimal process parameters of film preparation were obtained,and the structure and optical properties of optical bait element after coating were tested.The error between the structure of optical decoy element and the hard mold is less than 10%.(4)The static test and dynamic(cluster)optical parameter test of optical decoy optical elements are completed,and the static test optical platform and cluster test optical system of optical decoy are built.The test results show that the static reflectance of the designed and fabricated optical bait can reach 59% at normal incidence,and the cluster reflectance can reach 21%. |
