Research On The Creative Design Practice Of Huzhou Traditional Festival Culture ——Taking The Dragon Boat Festival As An Example

Traditional festivals and customs are the product of the combination of material civilization and spiritual civilization in the process of urban and rural development.They are cultural symbols with local characteristics,local flavor and characteristics of the times.This paper tries to make a comprehensive understanding of the historical development and the present situation of traditional festival in huzhou,and on this basis makes use of the research method and research path of design to investigate and reflect on the problems of festival culture in contemporary people’s concepts,the loss of related traditional skills and the homogenization of cultural and creative products.Taking huzhou dragon boat festival as a typical case,this paper explores the way of contemporary revitalization of traditional folk culture,explains its cultural features and contemporary values,analyzes its visual elements and ideas of cultural creativity,inherits and develops its content of truth,goodness and beauty,and plays an active role in local tourism promotion,folk culture construction and cultural protection,so as to promote urban development and rural revitalization.
