Cast-in-place concrete building construction has the labor efficiency,susceptibility to weather,serious environmental pollution,large amount of manufacturing garbage,long construction period and other problems,in contrast,prefabricated buildings can promote the economic cycle of modern cities,it has the advantages of fast construction and low energy consumption;In addition,because the prefabricated components can be directly assembled at the construction site,the pollution to the environment is reduced,and it is relatively more environmentally friendly,responding to the call for "green building" under the new situation.At the same time,the relevant national support policies emerge in an endless stream,combined with the advantages of prefabricated buildings themselves,their development will usher in an unprecedented golden period.In the actual construction process,the advantages of the short construction period of the prefabricated building are not fully highlighted,and the construction progress of some prefabricated building residential projects is even lower than that of the traditional cast-in-place structure,so it is necessary to study the construction schedule management of the prefabricated building project,improve the optimization management ability of the project schedule plan,and accelerate the project construction on the basis of ensuring the safety and quality of the construction.First of all,this thesis expounds the significance of project schedule management research,summarizes and summarizes the research status and research methods at home and abroad,and reviews the theory of project schedule management.Based on the construction period objectives,the optimization process of the critical chain method and the key route method is analyzed for the construction process of the standard layer of the prefabricated concrete shear wall structure residential building,and the method of determining the safety time in the critical chain method is analyzed.Combined with the entropy right method,the degree of influence of human and organizational factors on the construction progress is analyzed,and the method of determining the safety time is adjusted,so that the hoisting duration of the prefabricated components after the elimination of the safety time is more in line with the actual construction situation.After that,a prefabricated concrete construction project in Qingdao City,Shandong Province,which he is currently working for,is taken as an example to analyze the current status of the project’s progress management.Formulate the construction schedule of the 3rd building of the project through the milestone control method;During the construction process,S curve comparison was used to monitor the implementation of the project schedule.In the later stage,based on the construction period objective,the key chain method is adopted,the standard layer duration is optimized according to the principle of lowest cost,and the effect of the optimization schedule of the key route method is compared to obtain the most cost-saving scheme.The probability distribution of the standard layer construction period was studied by monte Carlo method,which confirmed the rationality of the optimized standard layer construction schedule.Up to now,the project has completed the acceptance of the main structural engineering ahead of schedule,and the construction quality meets the requirements of relevant national norms.This thesis studies the construction process of the standard layer of the prefabricated concrete shear wall structure,aims to formulate a schedule plan that is more conducive to the construction period,and hopes to provide certain reference and reference for the schedule management of the same type of prefabricated building projects,and further improve the level of construction management.
