Students majoring in machinery understand the structural characteristics and production process of parts through the disassembly and assembly and production training of mechanical parts.However,the training is easily affected by various uncontrollable factors such as epidemic prevention and control,equipment damage and so on,which makes students unable to carry out the training normally,and the existing training simulation system has some disadvantages such as non-intuition and poor interactivity.In order to solve the above problems,this paper combines virtual reality technology and simulation technology,uses the immersion,interaction and conception of virtual reality(VR)technology,takes the reducer disassembly and assembly and worm wheel shaft production line as the research object of the training simulation system,and designs the mechanical parts disassembly and assembly and production training simulation system.The specific research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)The overall design idea of mechanical parts disassembly and assembly and production training simulation system is analyzed.Firstly,the function,architecture and design process of the system are analyzed,and then the software,hardware and technical theory required by the system are introduced.Finally,the equipment model required by the system is modeled and format converted through three-dimensional modeling software,and the model is imported into unity scene for material addition,so as to achieve the real effect of mechanical parts model and production line equipment model in the virtual scene.(2)Taking the disassembly and assembly of reducer as an example,the virtual disassembly and assembly design of mechanical parts is completed.In the virtual scene,the functions of scene roaming,scene jump and location transfer are realized through the Steam VR plug-in and UI interaction function.Using the relevant functions of VRTK4 plugin,the component interaction model and the corresponding capture and placement area are established.The operator realizes the disassembly and accurate assembly of the reducer through manipulating the handle controller.(3)Taking the worm wheel shaft production line in worm wheel shaft as an example,the virtual production design of mechanical parts is completed.Firstly,the production equipment and processing flow of worm wheel shaft virtual production line are determined.Secondly,the Bezier spline is used to generate the driving path for the magnetic stripe guided AGV car,write the script to realize the AGV car running along the path,and realize the autonomous path finding of the laser guided AGV car through the navigation function and script.Then,in order to control the virtual mechanical arm,the kinematics of the mechanical arm is analyzed,the mechanical arm model is built in the virtual scene,and the CCD algorithm is applied to the inverse kinematics analysis of the mechanical arm.The parameters required by the algorithm are determined through experiments.After testing,the real-time control of the mechanical arm by the control ball is realized.Finally,the equipment of the production line is arranged in the virtual scene.After the virtual workshop is built,the animation function is used to record the processing process of the production line,and the script code is used to control the processing process.(4)The experimental test of the training simulation system is completed.After setting up the test scenario,the operator first completed the virtual disassembly and assembly of the reducer using HTC VIVE.Then enter the worm wheel shaft production line,and you can observe the smooth operation of the production line.Finally,through the experimental test,the disassembly and assembly and production training of mechanical parts are completed,which verifies the feasibility of the system.
