Through the research and exploration of the historical connotation and artistic characteristics of Tianjin willow youth painting,this paper puts forward the integration strategy of regional characteristic cultural elements in packaging design.Starting from meeting people’s spiritual and aesthetic needs in daily life and the development of packaging itself,and the breakthrough and innovation in the development of packaging design in the era,combined with people’s cultural and psychological needs such as regional root seeking consciousness,this paper leads to the pursuit of culture and aesthetics in the development of packaging design in the era,and highlights the uniqueness of customs,emotion and times of packaging design.This paper makes an in-depth study on the comparative differences between China and the west,starts with the regional characteristics of modern product packaging,and analyzes the problems existing in China’s modern regional food packaging design.Focusing on the regional culture of Tianjin,in the details of the penetration possibility and value of visual symbols such as patterns,colors and characters of Yangliu youth painting,the author will also extend to the modeling and visual expression of Yangliu youth painting through the overview and visual expression of Yangliu youth painting Subject matter,composition,etc.,and then refining it,laying a foundation for packaging design,ensuring the functionality and beauty of products,forming the brand influence of "Eighteen brands of" Gui FA Xiang ",and integrating the artistic language and brand information of Yang Liu New Year paintings into the packaging design.Through the visual sensory packaging design and psychological aspects,we discuss the design methodology and methods of GUI FA Xiang packaging design,and enhance the brand influence and product value.Combine the traditional culture of Tianjin Yangliuqing youth painting with packaging design,make the packaging design works more suitable for people’s living reality,obtain good market prospects,and inherit and develop Yangliuqing culture in the long term.
