With the deepening of global industrialization,the world’s resources are facing unprecedented challenges.Driven by various forces in the world,new energy vehicles have been widely welcomed by all walks of life,and they will become the mainstream travel tools in the world in the future.At this stage,the pressure of environmental protection in various countries is increasing,and the demand for the development of "green energy" technology is becoming stronger and stronger.Electric vehicles that can effectively solve the problems of energy and travel have become the focus of the development of the automobile industry.Traditional automobile production and application technology powers such as the United States,Japan and Europe have already laid out the layout in the industrial chain of new energy electric vehicles,including upstream and downstream and corresponding branch industrial chains.Under the new view of China’s carbon neutralization and carbon peak,the phenomenon that cars use non renewable energy such as oil as vehicle power will be gradually reduced.Therefore,if China wants to better achieve green development and achieve the goal of double carbon,the research on the development of electric vehicle industry patents plays an important role.Technological innovation marks China’s core competitiveness and naturally becomes the only way for China to enhance its global competitiveness.As the external embodiment of technological innovation,the patent right has gradually produced a patent intellectual property system,which not only ensures the existing innovation achievements from the legislative level,but also encourages the innovation promotion of relevant technologies in the field in the next stage.For intellectual property,the patent right is a vital part of it.Based on the above research,we can understand that patents are of great significance to industrial upgrading and innovationTaking the electric vehicle industry as the research subject,this paper comprehensively combs the actual development of the industry,presents the development status of electric vehicle patent technology in the world and China,analyzes the competitors and competitive technology collection of China’s electric vehicle industry,and finds out the key development technologies based on the actual development of the industry in China,This paper probes into the specific analysis of the whole life cycle of the technology in this industry in detail,and creatively excavates the technology showing the phenomenon of "reverse life cycle".Finally,based on semantic text mining,this paper explores the popular technologies in this field and the technologies to be improved.Firstly,it introduces the research background,current situation and significance of the industry in detail,and reveals the practical research value of this research;Secondly,it introduces the theory and method of technology opportunity recognition in detail,and analyzes the patent text mining in detail,which lays a solid theoretical foundation for the research of this paper;Thirdly,after consulting the relevant industry reports and the existing electric vehicle industry technology,summarize and analyze it,find out the most reasonable implementation scheme,and retrieve the patent data at the same time;Then,use Java,Excel,Cite Space,KH coder,MATLAB and other software to conduct more comprehensive and in-depth data mining on the searched electric vehicle patent data,and draw the required diagrams and tables;In addition,draw various efficacy maps in the field of electric vehicles and check the contours to explore research hotspots and technologies to be improved;Finally,it summarizes the content of the full text and gives the corresponding policy suggestions.
