Research On Air-logistics Pet Carrier Design Based On Service Design Thinking

With the rapid growth of China’s economy,the upsurge of pet raising is gradually rising.In daily life,pet owners often have the demand for pet transportation due to travel,moving and other reasons,thus promoting the rapid development of China’s pet logistics industry.Among pet transportation methods,pet aviation logistics service is the most efficient and commonly used.However,a number of pet consignment death cases have aroused widespread concern from all walks of life,and the safety of pets in transportation is worrying.In the process of pet aviation logistics,pet carrier provides a living environment for pets and is an important tool to ensure the safety of pets.The innovative design of pet carrier has become an urgent problem to be solved in the pet logistics industry.Paper aims to research from the Angle of conceptual design,to explore the thinking mode of service design and its application to the design of pet carrier,understand user behavior of each section of pet aviation logistics service with the user requirements,other elements in the collaborative service process,put forward a kind of pet logistics innovation design method of pet carrier.Through investigation and analysis of relevant cases and literature,the present situation of pet logistics service in China is analyzed and studied,and some inconveniences of the existing service process are summarized.At the same time,the pet aviation case market research,found that the structure of the pet aviation case on the market is relatively simple,there are certain safety risks,at the same time,the function is single,can not meet the physiological needs of pets such as food and water.Based on service design thinking,this paper analyzes user behavior and summarizes user needs by using design methods such as questionnaire survey and user journey map,optimizes pet aviation logistics service contact points,and proposes a design method of air-logistics pet carrier and evaluates it.In addition to the reinforcement of the pet carrier,the use of mobile phone APP is added,and equipped with cameras,food and drinking water and other devices,to provide a safer and comfortable space for pets to the greatest extent,to eliminate users’ worries about not being able to observe their pets in the logistics process,so as to greatly improve the user experience.From the perspective of the user experience for pet logistics put forward systematic innovation design method,case raise pets aviation logistics service quality of service,extend service design thinking in the application of air-logistics pet carrier design,to provide new ideas for the design of the air-logistics pet carrier,promote pet high quality development of aviation logistics industry in our country.
