Research On The Design Of Community Public Facilities Under The Thinking Of Service Design

Community public facilities,as the foundation and core part of the community,is the platform to promote community cultural exchange.With the development of society and economy,science and technology,lifestyle,community culture and spatial structure are constantly changing and updating,but community public facilities have failed to keep up with the process of modernization and lack of systematic research,leading to the weakening of residents’ sense of belonging.As an accessory of architecture,engineering and environment,it has always been marginalized,neither playing an important role of livable facilities in community construction,nor reflecting the practical significance of being a carrier of neighborhood cultural communication.From the perspective of design discipline,the intervention of service design can better promote the comprehensive effect of community public facilities at the three levels of environment,culture and economy,arouse people’s attention to community public facilities,build harmonious and happy neighborhood environment,so as to form benign development.After summarizing the research status and relevant practical work of community public facility design,this thesis uses service design thinking as a guiding method to summarize the relationship between user and product touch points in the design of innovative community public facility.It analyzes the principles of service and design improvement,summarizes the direction of optimization and upgrading of community public facilities,integrates intelligent interactive applications,and promotes the integration of residents and the dialogue between community and neighborhood cultures.Environment and public facilities for the community between people with different cultural backgrounds to create a variety of new interactive way,and then optimize the overall mode of community service,community public facilities is a by product ontology,the surrounding environment and the humanities space constitutes a systematic framework,organize construct optimized service blueprint and output of monomers facilities,Finally,improve the overall level of community public facilities and community public services.This study will try to analyze community public facilities from different dimensions of "people,things,fields and things" in the specific environment of living community.Break the boundary of engineering,professional or commercial industry,integrate the characteristics of traditional community public facilities and systematic planning of service design,and use service design thinking to comprehensively explore from macro and micro perspectives.On the one hand,it analyzes the layout of community public facilities from the macro perspective of community space environment,and looks at the relationship between community public facilities and users as well as facilities and facilities through the overall environment.On the other hand,it explores the image of community public facilities and the interaction with users from the micro perspective.Finally,this thesis argues that the design of community public facilities should focus on humanistic needs and promote the design of public service products of community neighborhood culture,so as to form a regional characteristics,systematic planning,rich and diversified design system of community public facilities.
