With the development of society and the progress of technology,users’ product demands gradually tend to be diversified and personalized.How to classify and obtain users’ personalized demands,and carry out effective transformation and configuration is one of the key issues to improve user satisfaction and enterprise core competitiveness.This thesis regards electric vehicles as the research object and focus on the personalized customization service of users.Discusses heterogeneous users personalized demands acquisition,user demands transformation and product configuration of three aspects,then designs the user personalized customization management system.In terms of user demands,creating the initial requirements of electric car model,designing requirement problem of quantitative Kano questionnaire,combined with the questionnaire analysis and quantitative Kano model to confirm heterogeneous user’s demand type.In addition,quantificationally calculate users’ product satisfaction and product importance.According to the demand decision matrix to obtain users’ personalized demands,enterprises can make personalized recommendation to users according to the obtained demands,to achieve accurate marketing of products.In terms of user demand transformation,according to Chinese ontology mapping method,calculating the conceptual similarity and structural similarity of the concept pairs of user demand ontology and product ontology of electric vehicles,then calculate the average value of conceptual similarity and structural similarity.This is also called synthetic similarity,which is used for ontology mapping to realize the basic semantic transformation of user requirements to product information.It is beneficial to improve the accuracy of product retrieval when users perform fuzzy representation of requirements.In terms of user product configuration,due to the individuality and incompleteness of user demand,it is necessary to process the fuzzy demand characteristics of users,transform the technical parameter values into triangular fuzzy number form,carry out the optimized matching of product configuration by combining the constraints and rules of user’s personalized demands.Customized products can be designed according to the personalized demands of different types of users.Finally,designing the user personalization management system,this system mainly consists of Kano questionnaire management,user demand management,product configuration management,order management and system management five modules.It can acquire the user’s information demand,assist users to complete product customization as well as orders for the products and maintain the product information,improve product customization efficiency and customer satisfaction.This thesis puts forward a set of personalized customization service scheme for heterogeneous users,to help enterprises effectively acquire and transform personalized demands,and realize personalized customization of products accordingly.The case study shows that the method described in this thesis can solve the problems of fuzzy user demand,incomplete demand expression and inaccurate demand transformation,improve the core competitiveness of enterprises.
