| The automobile industry has experienced more than one hundred years of development and has now become one of the largest consumer markets in the world.Its upstream and downstream industrial chains involve all levels of manufacturing branches and play an irreplaceable role in the entire national production system.Entering the 21st century,with the continuous innovation and development of informatization,intelligence,new materials,and new technologies,related enterprises and industries are facing huge opportunities and challenges.DKIA is an enterprise specializing in the production of automotive stamping parts.It is currently a supplier to mainstream auto companies such as Volkswagen,BMW,and Daimler.Its existing business is stable.However,in the environment of vigorous development of new energy vehicles,DKIA shall adjust its development strategy in time to avoid long-term development risks.This thesis takes DKIA as the object to study its development strategy.Firstly,state the research background,purpose,significance,main content,method and route of this thesis.Secondly,state the relevant theories,analysis tools and methods used in the study.Then,use PEST Analysis Method to analyze the external macro environment,use the Porter’s Five Forces Model to analyze the external industry environment,and summarize the opportunities and threats that DKIA faces.Then,present DKIA’s existing internal resources,use the VRIO Model to analyze DKIA’s main capabilities,and summarize the strengths and weaknesses that DKIA has.Based on the analysis data and information of internal and external environment,the SWOT matrix was made,the feasibility of four alternative strategies was analyzed and evaluated,and the WO reversal strategy was finally determined as DKIA’s development strategy in the future.According to the actual business situation of DKIA,the short-term and medium-and long-term specific goals of the reversing development strategy are formulated.In order to achieve the strategic development goals,the thesis further determined the competition strategy and functional strategy that the company needs to adopt,formulated specific implementation plans in marketing,human resources,operations,finance and other aspects,and put forward practical and feasible safeguard measures.Finally,draw the conclusion of the thesis.During the writing this thesis,I collected a lot of industry data,used relevant theoretical tools to analyze,determined the development strategy that DKIA should implement,and came up with a practical and feasible strategy implementation plan,which guides the shortterm and mid-to long-term development of DKIA.It also has certain guiding significance and can provide reference for the development of other similar auto parts companies. |
