Study On Communication Management Of R＆D Project Of M Company On Autonomous Driving

Since the 21 st century,the current human society has entered the era of big data and artificial intelligence from the Era of the Internet with the development of science and technology.M company is a Chinese start-up company dedicated to building an autonomous driving brain.Its products mainly include different levels of autonomous driving solutions and derived big data services.City B and city S jointly carry out project R＆D,and communication management runs through the whole process of R＆D project management.By maintaining the efficient cooperation and communication between the R＆D teams of the two places,we can achieve the project objectives,continuously improve R＆D efficiency and improve the ability of R＆D teams.Study on R＆D project communication management is a very important topic for high-tech enterprises.Through the actual case analysis method,this thesis analyzes and studies the problems encountered in the D project of M company.According to the main problems fed back by the group interview,it is found that the problems are related to the communication management of R＆D project.Therefore,a questionnaire survey is conducted for the communication management of R＆D project,starting from the five process groups of communication barriers and R＆D project management,targeted and specific problems were designed to investigate the R＆D personnel of M company.It was found that M company relied too much on written communication,lacked necessary oral communication,and the biggest communication barriers were decision-making barriers,immature communication skills,lack of sound communication management mechanism and failure to monitor the effect of communication.According to the learned project management knowledge and relevant investigation and study methods,determine the root causes of communication management problems of R＆D projects,formulate and put forward improvement suggestions and implement safeguard measures to ensure that the problems can be effectively solved,so as to achieve my goals.This thesis concludes that M company needs to improve its communication methods and barriers in the communication management of R＆D projects,and optimize the process of project planning,execution and monitoring to improve its communication management ability.At the same time,it also needs the company’s excellent organization,good system and corresponding safeguard measures in all aspects to ensure the efficient operation of enterprise R＆D projects.The communication efficiency of M company in different research and development areas can be improved with the research and improvement,so as to improve the management level and research and development efficiency of the enterprise and reduce the cost of enterprise research and development,which is of great significance to enhance the core competitiveness of the enterprise.At the same time,it can provide reference for other enterprises to establish effective communication channels and effective communication management in similar environment,and also has reference significance for international team communication management in R＆D project management.
