| In recent years,thanks to the full release of productive forces and the development of global economic integration,China is increasingly boosting its rank of the global economic system.Thanks to the traditional cost advantage,China’s equipment manufacturing industry is developing rapidly in the global economic system.Since1990,in industrialized countries,equipment manufacturing enterprises have begun to establish project management systems,and communication management in project management has played an important role in promoting.In order to ensure an effective communication management system,equipment manufacturing enterprises pay more attention to adopting efficient information communication,coordination and control measures in the process of project implementation.Through the implementation of these measures,all parties of the project can collect and transmit the most reasonable and accurate information and data,so as to make the project operation more efficient,interpersonal relationship more harmonious and project progress more effective.However,in China,due to the disadvantages of the traditional manufacturing enterprise management mechanism,the effect of promoting the project communication management mode is not ideal.Taking the large-scale equipment manufacturing project of M company as the research object,this paper analyzes it by using the methods of literature research,and survey questionnaire analysis etc.,so as to provide a theoretical basis for this paper.At the same time,through the questionnaire,this paper investigates the communication planning,communication efficiency,project objectives,cross-cultural communication,and project performance and cross departmental communication of M company,and deeply explores the problems of low project communication efficiency,poor information transmission,low participation and communication channels of M company.Then,by analyzing the matrix organizational structure,communication channels and cultural differences,this paper puts forward targeted improvement countermeasures for M company in terms of project communication environment,project communication subject and project communication process,so that its future large-scale equipment projects can carry out more effective communication and greatly improve the economic benefits. |
