Study On Spatial Development Of Agglomerated Elevating Villages ——Take Qianxian County As An Example

Based on the relevant requirements of the Rural revitalization strategy proposed in the Strategic Plan for Rural Revitalization（2018-2022）,this paper takes the agglomeration and promotion villages with the majority of rural types,good development data and original accumulation as the research objects.Literature research method,comparative analysis method,interdisciplinary research method and field research method were adopted to construct the identification system of agglomeration and promotion type villages and put forward the development direction,providing reference for the development research of related types of villages.The main contents are as follows:（1）With rural revitalization as the background of The Times,discuss the purpose and significance of the research.The paper defines the concepts of rural revitalization strategy,central village and agglomeration village,and studies the relevant literatures of village spatial development at home and abroad to establish the research framework of the paper.（2）This paper studies the relevant theories of agglomeration and promotion villages,combs the relevant theories of urban-rural relationship,agglomeration and comprehensive rural construction in China at the present stage,and builds the supporting system of this paper by combining relevant practical cases at home and abroad.（3）This paper analyzes the development and evolution of agglomerated villages and different types of agglomerated villages,and summarizes the development predecessor of agglomerated villages and the classification results of different development types.Combined with literature research,the influencing factors of village development are summarized,and finally the evaluation system of influencing factors of village development is constructed.（4）Taking Gan County of Xianyang city as an example,a complete identification system was constructed by selecting five indexes,including population,land,industry,facilities and location conditions.The mathematical method of K-means clustering algorithm is adopted to analyze the development potential of all administrative villages.Finally,combined with the relevant planning requirements and comprehensive evaluation of the development potential of each village in Ganxian County,the method of outlier detection of box graph is adopted for secondary screening,and the identification results are finally obtained.（5）Using the method of cluster analysis,this paper studies the internal characteristics of the villages and evaluates their development advantages and disadvantages.Based on the field investigation and the study of different towns,this paper puts forward the planning strategies of the villages in ganxian county in terms of industrial development,facility layout,style guidance and sound management.
